Hello, hello, hello!

This is Uncle Clay and his big guide to naming! Are you looking for a cool nickname or are you tired of your old one? If so, this humble tutorial is almost everything you need!

Today: how to name yourself on the BS and don’t look like an idiot.

1) Wolves are so cool, so are emos, dark things and such! So why don’t name yourself Dark_Emo_Wolf? Why? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!
Try to be creative instead! Such a nickname will show not only your lack of ideas, but will depict you as a person with no taste no matter how ‘cool’ your nickname is. Other than that, the BS is swarming with ‘Wolves, Darks, Silvers, Emos, Bloods’ and others.
CONCLUSION: Try to think! A ‘super cool’ nickname won’t make you look like a ‘super cool’ person. Moreover, it will have the opposite effect

2) There are so cool people on the site! I want to be as cool as they are! What about Catwhohas14tails? Of course! So why don’t name yourself as
Catwhohas13tails, Catwhohas19tails, Catwhohas(place a random number here, really)tails, Dogwhohas14tails, (instert a noun here)whohas14tails? Why? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!
Such copying and stealing will do no good. Are you THAT pathetic that you need to copy someone’s username, unable to making yourself something original?
CONCLUSION: This won’t depict you any cooler or more famous. It will just shout the fact you are a thief who posses a brain with the size of a nut (not the coconut…). And the owner of the copied name might get angry… which can result not only in name change.

3) WHOA! It looks like someone changed their username! Why not taking their old and showing how cool you are? Why? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!
No one likes impersonators. This will anger the original owner, his friends (suck ups, followers, herd, pack, minions) and likely the moderators. It’s a theft as well, though you can’t copyright your name.
CONCLUSION: Another unoriginal theft points out your lack of brain skills and shamelessness.

4) There are plenty of great names! What about Spiderman? Superman? Any other superhero? And famous actors and artists? Why not to call myself like Hulk (etc etc) Why? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!
You would look like an idiot. Really. Don’t try this. And moreover, there are people who would believe you are the real president of the USA if you call yourself G.W.Bush. Don’t ask me. Stupidity has no limits.
CONCLUSION: Read the previous paragraph.

And in the end… You can’t copyright your name by putting © into it. Copyrighting is a really difficult and long process. You need to go to various bureaus, making sure the name you want to be copyrighted is invented by you, can’t be mistaken with another copyrighted name and so on and on. BUT THIS IS NO EXCUSE FOR INABILITY OF PROPER NAMING! The name theft or impersonating isn’t the best way how to gain attention and friends.
So what is a good nickname? The nickname that bears no (or small) resemblance with any existing ones and is original. Try to play with words that are closest to you. And what word could be closer than your name? A nice wordplay and you can make a pretty good nickname. There are ways how to do it. But… describing them would be making them unoriginal. So… think and you will do it. All you need is a brain capable of thinking.

As for myself, my name was picked randomly and in haste, I needed something for the BS xD.

Every name has a style to it

My username is now one that is a Hawaiian term that translates to Hello/Goodbye Aleu,and who knows,I might stay with the that one.

YAY! I can't stand those annoying, uncreative names that people come up with! Hopefully, this'll motivate them to actually use their mind and do something!

Also, names which are words without vowels are really annoying. Like, hppy-prsn, wlf-grl, dg-lvr...
Really, sore and unpleasent to the eyes. And, I didn't mean to name and shame if I did, I didn't mean to, I just picked random words

WOW! after reading this i realize my name(Murtaghs Girl) majorly sucks... i shall now change it...
To 'Tonrar Nanuk (ton-rar na-nook 'oo' pronounced like in book) nanuk means polar bear(literatly-great white bear) and Tonrar means spirit or ghost.
