Recently, I have started to draw lions and other big cats again and I believe I'm improving.

I would really love it if I could get some comments and critiques on my favourite of my latest pictures, which is of Nimbala.

I would love people to fill out this:

Anatomy Rating (and reason): well, the anatomy is cartoonist, not realistic but it's good if it's one of your first try =] I give it a 6/10 the front part of the body is very good, I'm in love with the head, it's beautiful! But the back paws have something weird to me =/ I don't know, plus the body looks a bit big for me, the tail is good.
Pose: the pose is nice, I give it a 8/10
Style (not greatly important but still): it's very cute style x3 not a Disney's TLK copy, but yours, it's unique, I love it x3
Apealling? (Although it's only a sketch): err...what do you mean? Oo

Thank you for this Saskey (; I will keep it in mind.

(I also get fed up of seeing everyone drawing exactly like TLK.)


P.S by appealing, I meant some thing like, does it catch your eye, does it make you think "Wow" or "Baaaaaw" (Porbably not wow but meh xD)

this is not bad drawing.

maybe i think you need an inspiration because when i looked at your drawing.

it has no life, it has no emotion.

if your making a drawing see to it that it has a life.

i can easily determine a drawing if its come from the heart

or just in hand alone.

if you have something to do put also your heart on it and

you will see.

Could I ask how exactly?

Anatomy Rating (and reason): 6/10 It's good for the most part have some areas you need to work on. Look at lion photos it will help greatly with anatomy. To be more pin point the back legs are not correct and the two front legs need to be widened a little more. The way it is now makes the lion look unreal in a way, small up front and huge in the back.
Pose: Is very cute i really like it, also the expression is awesome.
Style (not greatly important but still): Your style is cute
Apealling? (Although it's only a sketch): Yes it is appealing, overall the drawing is cute

I could honestly do better now, as I've been working mainly on anatomy for a while. I need to post a more recent lion drawing xD

Anatomy Rating (and reason): 9/7. Not bad for a cat. I'd have to say that you're pretty good at drawing, and a great artist!
Pose: I love it! I feel that it's original and extraordinary!
Style (not greatly important but still): I think you chose a nice style, Nimbala fits it well.
