Introduction

This is a roleplay that I started almost exactly a year ago, but because so many old member have disappeared and new members have joined, I think that only a handful will remember this plot. The reason I am re-posting is because the idea seems so creative now that I reread it, and I would love to get it passed ten pages this time. Also, I have listed this as semi-advanced because there will be almost two stories going on at one time. As long as you can keep track of what it happening to most of the characters most of the time, I will not complain.

Plot

In the streets of New York City, the justice system for the canines has been taken into their own hands. I mean, paws. A group of escaped fighting dogs find themselves running from the cop dogs after their owner is caught by the human police. The small pack found shelter in an abondoned fire house, and they were able to shake off the police dogs.

One year passes... The dog pack has settled down their lives, had pups, and are finally forgetting the horrors of the rings. But a young cop dog, the best yet, has found them. And he has it in for their off spring too. If they thought running with a bunch of strangers was hard, these dogs are completely unprepared for the run they will have to make with a group of dogs they actually care for. What could make this even wrose? What if their old owner has served his sentence. Now, the police dog force aren't the only ones after the pups.

But, on the other side of things, all is not well in the police force. The commander is slowly growing older and is looking for someone to take his place. Naturally it would fall to his son, right? But his son is not the best on the team. The young agent that finds the group of escapees is. Now, the two are in a fight for position in the high ranks. The young angent thinks he has the job in his paws when he is put in charge of capturing the pack of escapees, but one dog seems determined to ruin this assignment. Why? Because the young agent has fallen in love with her.

Rules

Everyone should know the basics. I won't be too picky on post length, but there are to be no one-liners because that is a site rule. Also, just another reminder to keep track of what is going on in the story and what is happening to you character at each point in the roleplay. I will warn you now that this may (or may not) get slightly/very complicated. And one last thing, when you are joining as a convict dog, please either make a family or join one because of the plot. In addition to that, you must be open to another person adding a pup/sibling to your created family. You will see examples of all this in my character bios.

Personality: She is a sweet dog, and extremely loyal, but has a tendency to go by her own rules. She prefers to be independent, and hates having to be contained by laws, rules, etc. She likes to live her life the way she wants to, and for her, life is a ride to be enjoyed, and filled with as many thrills as possible. She has good advice, and is a good listener, but often doesn't follow her own suggestions. She can take things seriously if the situation calls for it, but is usually playful and curious.
History: She was born a stray, and raised as one. Her mother died a few months ago, as she was ill ever since her brother, Markus, had been born. After her mother died, Markus soon followed. She eventually stumbled upon the fighting dogs, and helped them learn how to live on the streets, and practically lives with them. She continues to help the offspring.

Personality: She has a burning temper, but can usually control her outbursts. LIke Shadow, she strives to prove herself to others, and likes to be recognized for her deeds. Her determination makes her a good officer, but she always thinks distant pastures look greener. Being a police dog is the only thing she has actually pursued, and stuck with. She has a burning curiousity, which can get her into trouble, but is good at following orders, even if she will warp them a little from time to time.
History: Her father was a police dog, and Jess never knew her mother. He longed for a son, and Jess strived to prove herself to be a worthy child of him, becoming a police officer actually slightly better than he had been. He died on the field when helping his officer and partner with a drug dealer, but Jess still followed through with her career and determination, enjoying the thrills it gave her.

Other: Mako is very good with a whip and carries one at all times. He's went completely insane during his time in prison and becomes increasingly psychoatic and homacidal as the RP goes one. If ok, he can speak to animals.

Other: He's Titan's younger brother. His gigantism makes him twice as large as a normal dog but makes his knees be badly worn down, partly what causes him to be psychoatic due to the pain. Titan doesn't want to hurt his brother but Mammoth hates his older brother.
