This is a very bleak and torturous time for those unfortunate souls with deformed limbs and disabled minds. A cruel circus showcases such people like animals in a zoo, and if they protest, they are either quietly killed or left to die a painful death through having acid poured on their skin. The ringmaster behind this draws customers in from around the world, picking out the most grotesque and unearthly deformities to reveal to her stunned audience. The truth is, most are not born this way. They are captured by the evil ringleader and are forcibly experimented upon-- having limbs torn off and replaced, or having new limbs entirely; having their body distorted out of proportion, and other such cruel things.
This circus, the Dark Woods Circus, is a place of torture and evil. And anyone can be this ringleader's next victim.
