Does anyone know how to access the DVD ROM features in the Balto DVD? I loaded the DVD into my PC and it doesn't work. It said it can be accessed if I'm using Windows 95 or more. I use Windows 8; that should work shouldn't it? Please help.

There are no features on the region 1 version, sorry. It has been like this since the film's original release, and no one knows why for sure. If you have a way to play PAL region DVDs, I would look into getting that version instead, as it has the bonus features. The film is also in widescreen on that version.

It really is a bummer. With all of the recent releases of the film, you would think that they would fix it.

If you mean the region 2 version, sure. But if you would like to know more about what the bonus features contains (all I know of is the documentary), contact the user Acanis.
