Socks Was 20 years old but eventually had to be anethatised after losing a battle with throat cancer.

He had a god long life and is one of the most famous cats in the world.

He was rescued a a stray by Chelsea, Clinton's daughter Chelsea who he bought much pleasure to. He Lived in the their mansion in in Arkansas,and later move to the white house with them.
