- Plot -
Dominic Toretto and his new crew, Leticia "Letty" Ortiz, Tego "Teddy", Omar Santos, Cara Mirtha and Han Seoul-Oh, are hijacking fuel tankers in the Dominican Republic. Dominic begins to suspect the trail is too hot and leaves Leticia behind in order to protect her from harm. Several weeks later, in Panama City, Dominic gets a call from Mia, who tells him that Leticia has been murdered by Fenix Calderon, after getting into a near fatal car accident. Dominic heads back to Los Angeles to examine Leticia's crash and finds traces of nitromethane. Now he is searching for his girlfriend's murderer, coming up with dead ends and usless leads. Will he ever know the truth about her murderer?

Personality: Diana is very head strong and she is not afraid to get dirty. Witter hates being called out and she prefers to be with her cars and with Dominic Toretto. Diana doesn't like much help when she's working on cars but she does like racing against Dom. Just because she knows he plays a little dirty and he is truely a challenge. Diana won't take to much trash talk from anyone and she really loves her Rottweiler, King, who guards the huge shed she keeps her prize cars in.

As the engine began to wind back down the rest of the car seemed to be humming. Dom opened the door with a smile on his face, walking over to the garage and stroking King, Diana's rottweiler. He felt confident coming up to that dog, just because King had seen him so many times before. "Sh." Dom said with a grin, slowly opening the garage door and browsing amongst the old muscle cars lined up on one side of the nicely lit garage. The walls were simple but behind the drywall and paint were steel beams to keep people from being able to knock down the walls and get to the cars. Dom slowed and stopped in front of a beautiful 1968 Shelby Cobra. Painted a midnight blue with light blue flames rolling from the hood towards the back of the car, stopping under the driver side/passenger window. Dom walked circles around the car, finally stopping where he had started again. Leaning gently against the car he waited for Diana to come over and notice him.

Diana heard something outside but couldn't make out what it was. She was standing in her office, that was in the center of her beautiful garage. Diana grabbed a handful of paperwork and tapped them against the table, organizing them and placing them gently in a freshly cleaned drawer. Wiping her hands on her loose fitted jeans Diana yawned, soon putting her hair up in a messy pony tail. She had had black smudges on her face and arms from changing the oil in her cars and from touching grease so many times in one day. Now who is out here? She thought curiously, opening her light brown wooden door only to see Dom leaned up against one of her cars. "Dom!" She exclaimed happily, racing excitedly over to him and jumping up on him. Wrapping her legs around his waiste and looking at him at eye level. "Hey Dom!" She said happily, wrapping her arms around him before dropping back down on the ground. "Man it's been so long. What ya' doin' here?" She asked, pulling her jeans up from falling down. Meanwhile King was outside panting, the hot sun outside making his doghouse muggy for him.

Dom smiled as he heard her coming to the door. When she finally had seen him he was just as thrilled to see her as she was to him. Although he didn't welcome hugs, he welcomed this one with open arms. Literally. He smiled and he put his arms around her, not wanting her to let go of him. She was a very good friend of his. "It's been about 2 weeks." He said with a smile, looking over at the other cars. "I see you got a bigger inventory since the last time I was here." He commented, running a gentle hand across the warm hood of a nice 67' Camaro RS. Oh how he loved those old muscle cars. Inhaling deeply Dom could obviously smell the oil, the grease, the gas, and the sweet smell of some perfume. As Diana asked him what he was doing here Dom looked over toward her. "I came here to buy a car. I need a fast car. Speedy but classy with a nice engine and a need for speed. I know you've got what I'm looking for." He said, flashing her a beautiful grin. Off on a platform there was a 427 engine, begging to be put in a car and pushed as hard as they could go. "I might need to buy an engine from you too." He joked, looked at her messy hair and her dirty skin. It had been obvious that she had been working earlier.

Diana smiled and nodded, "Of course." She said with a half grin. "I've got just the thing." She said, beginning to walk towards the cars lined up in the row against the east wall of the building. Diana slowed to a stop over by a car with a thin and crimpling tarp over it. Pulling it off slowly and gently she revealed a snazzy Plymouth Road Runner. The body was sleek and shiny and the paint was a beautiful green, although the whole roof of the car was black. Two black racing strips soared up the hood, over the top, and down toward the bumper of the car. She took a step back and looked over the beautiful car. "Dom, I take it that this car is to your liking?" She mocked playfully. Popping the hood to reveal, a shiny 426 engine with a really good looking set up. The inside was all original and kept in mint condition. "I can sell you this car with Nitrous but the Nitrous will cost you another 200." She said, putting her hands lazily on her hips. The cool air conditioning kept the garage nice and refreshing. Her beautiful blue eyes running over the car's sleek finish.

Dom followed her toward the car under the tarp, in awe of the car's beauty when she pulled the thin tarp off and tossed it aside. He smiled and nodded in approval, digging in his pocket and pulling out a good size stack of money. "How much?" He asked, ready to count out the desired amount for the car. Many people thought Dom was crazy since he only dealt with cash, but that's how he liked it. Being precise made him feel just a little better than being the sloppy guy he is. "I don't need the Nitrous. You know I've got a couple tanks at home." He said and looked down at the green paper against his big hands. He blinked out for a couple minutes before paying attention again. "Are you charging for the title or is that something you'd just give me." He joked, knowing she'd just give him all of what he needed. Title, keys, and anything else that car needed really.

Diana smiled playfully and folded her arms. "Well I'll take 25 grand for her." She said with a slight smile, taking up to the idea of charging him for the title. "You know what, I'll take another 200 for the title." She joked, laughing slightly as she noticed all the money in his hand. The money didn't matter to her. It was where the cars would end up and how nicely they'd be treated, knowing that Dom was the guy to make that happen for her. She smiled, looking over at the door and then over at him. Putting her back up against the car she waited for him, leaning lightly against the car. Outside King walked over to the side of his kennel where there was a vent, laying down just under the vent to keep cool in the heat. It wasn't that bad but since King was such a big boy, he did get hotter quicker. Diana knew it.

Dom counted out 25 grand and tied a rubber band around it. The rest of his money he slipped a rubber band over too and placed back down into his pocket. Dom placed the money on the hood of the car. "Oh your going to charge me for the title?" He mocked playfully, grabbing her and pinning her against the car. "What can I do to get you to just give me the title?" He mocked again playfully, looking down at her as he was up against her. "Look, we can play this game of will but you know I always win." He said with a grin. Outside he heard another car pull up, his smile disappearing in concern that it might be that Brian O'Conner back again. Dom knew he was a cop and knew he would bug Diana until she gave up some information about where he was. But by the sounds of it, it was a woman. Who sounded a lot like Mia, his little sister. Maybe it was her, but hopefully she didn't bring any of his crew. He wanted to be here with Diana alone so they could talk without interruptions.

As the money flopped onto the car her smile deepened, satisfied that he dealed with cash and he wasn't that type of person who would be like, I'll write the check. She too prefered dealing with just money and not those horrible checks. It was easier to handle and it was easier to pay the bills on this place with money instead of checks, since she didn't know much about dealing with checks anyway. She noticed Dom's demeanor change as she joked about pricing the title to the car, looking him over as he walked closer. King meanwhile was barking and snarling like crazy, signaling that someone he didn't know was here. Diana only ignored him, not minding that someone was in the yard. Lots of people came in her yard. It was when they neared the garage unauthorized that Diana had an issue. As Dom pushed against her Diana couldn't help but giggle helplessly. Placing a hand up against his chest she pushed him gently, knowing that wouldn't move him and knowing she couldn't move him even if she had tried. She smiled, looking down and then lifting her head slowly to look up at him. "Dom you know I'm just-just-" She stuttered, not finidng the words to say as she caught his beautiful brown eyes.

Dominic looked down at her as he stuttered, looking deep withen her beautiful blue eyes. A single curl slipped from her messy pony tail and slipped in her face, Dom using a gentle hand to tuck the loose hair behind her ear. Dom leaned in and his lips met her's. Only letting it last a couple seconds before pulling away slowly and looking at the door as it slowly opened. It was Mia. His little sister.
"Hey Diana." She greeted, looking at her brother. "Dom, I just wanted to let you know I won't be home if you get home later than 10 because I'm going out with Brian." The name sent a chill down Dominic's spine. The boy was cool but Dom still thought that he might be a cop. Every new comer had to prove theirselves first and he hadn't proven anything but the fact that he didn't know how to beat Dom in a race, or fight. "Alright. You tell him that I said if he doesn't have you back by 12 he's answering to me." He said, Mia taking it as a joke although he was dead serious. "Mkay." She said and rushed over, giving her brother a kiss on the cheek before walking towards the door to leave. "Bye Dom. Bye Diana." She said happily, shutting the door behind her. Dominic turned and looked down at Diana. "So did I win the title?" He asked with a small smile.

Diana leaned forward for more as Dom pulled back. She simply opened her eyes and let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding. Letting her senses run free again she pulled the hair tie out, her beautiful brown curls flopping down onto her shoulders. Diana felt silly now, she was pretty sure that Mia had seen that. Rubbing her shoulders Diana looked up at Dom as the brother daughter instinct kicked in and Dom acted more concerned about his daughter's well-being. She smiled, avoiding Dominic's eyes as he looked down at her. "Uh. Yeah." She said with a weak grin. She didn't have the heart to tell him she wanted another kiss, so she decided to stay quiet. Diana looked past him, moving in an atempt to get back to her office.

Dominic looked back down at Diana, following her towards her office. Dominic stepped forward so he'd be in front of her, wanting to be able to open the door for the beautiful young lady. He could hear his shoes against the smooth concrete, the smell of fax and papers wafting from under the door. Dom took a deep breath, thinking about the car he was buying. Sooner or later he'd be buying another car from her or he'd be bringing a car by so she could get a glimpse of what kind of cars he drove, even though it was pretty obvious. Classy but sassy is what Dom usually said about his cars but he wasn't the one to make up names for his cars or anything really. Little did he know, he'd be expected a little niece or nephew in about 8 1/2 months. His sister Mia was actually mothering one of Brian O'Conner's child but she wouldn't tell Dominic. She was waiting for the right time to tell him, when she was sure that Brian and Dom were friends. Dominic inhaled deeply, looking towards the floor and then at the door, which was coming closer and closer(About 30 feet away).

Diana smiled slightly as Sean walked a head of her. She realized she had forgotten that wad of money on the car. She jogged back and grabbed in, there was more of a distance between she and Dominic. Smiling as an idea hit her. Diana ran up and jumped on his back. Wrapping her long legs around him and wrapping her arms around his neck. She smiled, nestling into his neck playfully just to see if it would tickle him. But she knew Dominic too well, she knew he wasn't ticklish and she also knew he was such the badboy everyone precieved him to be. Diana giggled sweetly, liking the view from a taller point. When they neared the office she slipped off his back, waiting for him to open the door before walking in, pulling the money out, and tossing it on the chestnut office desk. Diana smiled simply, looking up at the wooden board against the wall and grabbing the 3rd key on the second line. Digging in an organizer she dug through a stack of paper, looking for the title of the Plymoth she had just sold her best friend.

Dominic smiled as she jumped on his back, actually allowing her to ride the whole way to the door. When they got there, he slipped the door open and allowed her to walk in first. Dominic following soon after her. As she sifted through the paper work Dom looked around the spacious office, noticing that there was a king size bed against the wall, already made and ready to be slept in. He looked over at her, walking up and pressing against her. Dominic slipped his hands on the desk and just leaned on her for a minute, tired and feeling a little sick. Dominic took a deep breath and sighed, resting his cheek on the side of her head. He couldn't believe that she would actually sleep in here either. Not noticing the small black fridge at the foot of her bed. Dom inhaled deeply again, leaning a bit more on her, knowing it'd make her mad sooner or later since she didn't like to be leaned on. But this time, he wasn't trying to anger her. It was something more than that. Like feelings he didn't even know he had towards her were becoming more and more real by every second.
