The Retrievers is an amazing dog movie. <3 Not that many people that I know are aware of this movie though. :[ So here's the synopsis from the back of the movie :D

The Lowrys are starting a new life, moving to the quiet Northern California town of Placerville... they've left the big city behind for the slower pace offered by a new home in the countryside. But when they are "adopted" by a clever yet lovable stray Golden Retriever, their lives change in ways they've never imagined. It's not long before the Lowrys discover that Pilot is pregnant. But when it comes time to find new homes for the puppies, the Lowrys learn how hard it can be to say goodbye... and how a determined Golden Retriever can show them a thing or two about the bonds of family. Pilot wants her puppies back! Can the Lowrys retrieve the Retrievers from the wacky cast of characters that adopted them?

I saw it on Animal Planet a few years back and its easily one of my favorite dog movies along with ::

* Fluke
* Napoleon
* Kavik the Wolf Dog
* Shiloh
* Homeward Bound

Kayla, a Cry in the Wilderness was a good movie. The 12 Dogs of Christmas was adorable. Bingo is good, used to be one of my favorites. I also liked Where the Red Fern Grows. And most of the movies everyone posted before me.

Yeah, I kinda liked 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua' though there were some parts that just ruined it. Like how Chloe, a small dog, could release the bark of a much larger dog. I find that a little hard to believe, as will other people. But most of that movie was good, I watched it with my little cousin at the movies and she seemed to enjoy it.

_____

I also like the movie Shiloh and its sequels. They're very heart-warming stories that one couldn't possibly forget. The friendship between a boy and his dog is a very powerful thing, and I'm quite glad Judd came to see that in the movie 'Saving Shiloh' or whatever it's called. I always thought that Judd was going to remain all nasty and stuff like that, but he turned out nicer in the end. I wish they'd make just one more Shiloh movie.

I really liked Eight Below, Hachi and if you're in the mood for a kids movie, Homeward Bound (The scene with Shadow at the end is awesome... great score to go along with it too).

I just watched 'Far From Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog' the other day, and that was quite good. I also watched 'Firehouse Dog'.
