Hi guys,
I was hoping someone on this forum might be able to help tell me if this animation cel is indeed a character from "Talespin"- the style certainly seems to be reminiscent of Disney animation and given that it's a dog with goggles on, it seemed a safe bet that it might be from "Talespin". I can't recall seeing this character in there, but it's been a while since I've seen some episodes.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any ideas anyone may have on this- thanks so much!

I don't identify it as a Talespin character.

The style is similar, true, but I don't remember this character either. Maybe this was a minor character in an episode, maybe even an episode that never made it to production, who knows...or maybe it's from another series.

Hmmmm.....i know veehd.com has talespin episodes uploaded and I've seen most of the comics on this site but this new character is completely new to me.

I've never seen this char before - maybe, as said Steet, would be a minor char for one of non -released Talespin eps.

I have to agree what everyone else has been saying. If it's a Talespin character; maybe it's someone (anywhere from crowd character to guest star) who was going to appear in a scrapped episode. If not Talespin, then the picture must be from somewhere else.
