In 1944, the Nazis build a dimensional portal off the coast of Scotland. With the help of Russian mystic Grigori Rasputin, they intend to free the Ogdru Jahad—monstrous entities imprisoned in another dimension—to aid them in defeating the Allies. Rasputin knows that this will be an apocalyptic event that he believes will create a paradise. He opens the portal with the aid of his disciples, Ilsa von Haupstein and Obersturmbannführer Karl Ruprecht Kroenen, Adolf Hitler's top assassin. An Allied team is sent to destroy the portal, guided by young Trevor Bruttenholm, who is well-versed in the occult. The German team is killed and the portal is destroyed—in the process absorbing Rasputin—while Haupstein and Kroenen escape. The Allied team discovers an infant demon with a right hand of stone came through the portal; they dub it "H*llboy".

Sixty years later, FBI agent John Myers is transferred to the Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD) at the request of Bruttenholm and he meets the adult H*llboy and a psychic, amphibious humanoid named Abe Sapien. Little do they know, professor 'Broom' has found another agent who has potential. Dubbing her to be his son's partner.

Personality: Racheal has a very fiery and mean personality. When she wants to be, she can be rude and mean so much it would scare you. Other times she's just solitary, only speaking when spoken to. Rachel doesn't communicate well with some people, which means she doesn't really like being social. She hates being threatened and will put up a very good fight.

History: Racheal was born in an underground world far off to the west. She grew up there most of her life but as soon as she hit 16 she was sent out to the above world to go and live a good life. Her mother, never got to see her after her birth but her father did. Only once though. She was raised by some villagers, knowing they weren't her parents. Just before she was sent to live above ground, the villager cut off her huge set of wings to make her blend in better with the outside world. Racheal soon when on a 'crime hunting spree', always catching bad guys and monsters before anyone else could even get there. Soon enough she met h*ll boy, giving him the nickname Red on his physical appearance. She was offered a job in the B.P.R.D, accepting it. Now she is facing a new challenges, ones she has never come to understand; team work, love, and friendship.

Personality: Red is very laid back and chill, he takes his job seriously and always takes pride in what he does. Red is such a big teddy bear when it comes to family but he isn't very romantic. Red likes working alone and absolutely hates newbies. Often times, Red refers to himself as Misunderstood because every time people see him, it's the same thing over and over again. Fear and disbelief. He wants to be treated normal but that is a slim to none chance.

History: A well-meaning demon whose true name is Anung Un Rama (meaning "and upon his brow is set a crown of fire"), H*llboy was summoned from H*ll to Earth as an infant on December 23, 1944 by Nazi occultists (spawning his hatred for them). He was discovered by the Allied Forces; amongst them, Professor Trevor Bruttenholm, who formed the United States Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD). In time H*llboy grew to be a large, red-skinned demon with a tail, horns (which he files off, leaving behind the signature circular stumps on his forehead), cloven hooves for feet, and an over sized right hand made of stone. He has been described as smelling of dry-roasted peanuts. Although a bit gruff, he shows none of the malevolence thought to be intrinsic to demons, and works with other strange creatures in the BPRD. This is said to be because of his upbringing under Professor Bruttenholm, who raised him as a normal boy. H*llboy works for the BPRD, an international non-governmental agency.

He has a pure heart too but he also has a mean and strict side to him. Clay doesn't disrespect anyone but just like everybody else, he'll have his say in what he thinks about you. Even if it isn't to your face.

Personality: Frank is a bit of a big mouth, trigger happy, action junkie. Frank doesn't like taking no for an answer and he is really funny about who comes near him. You could say he's paranoid but he just refers to himself as alert. Frank isn't his real name, it's actually Frankie but everyone likes calling him Frank.

History: Frankie was abused as a young kid, getting sent to a foster home at 4 years old. Things just went down hill from there until his 13th birthday. That's when he got adopted into a different family. A rich family. They treated him like royalty, teaching him how to be snobby and rude to other people. Although they weren't his real parents, he loved them just as much. When Frank turned 20 he was requested to work at the beuru. He is very little expierenced with the place.

Racheal rolled up to the front gates on her pink and black sazuki. She had other trucks of her's parked around back where the other vehicles were parked. Leaning over she pressed a button, the speaker on the outside of the gates finally came on a few moments later. The cold air bit at her nose but she could take it the chill. "Name." A voice said, "Racheal Tunis." She said slow and calm. She hated her name so much, but more than anything she hated telling people her name. "Look at the birdy." The voice said, Racheal leaning forward so they could take a picture and a photo scan of her eye. Her beautiful, hazel green eye. The flash nearly blinded her as this thing came out and pressed around her eyes, only wanting a picture of the eye. Racheal didn't do anything but blink as a picture of her scanned up on the little screen under the speaker. Pretty soon, the gates opened up, allowing Racheal to go in. Riding up to the door she turned off her bike and stuffed the key in her pocket, always having it handy with her no matter where she went. Racheal, this is your first day. Don't let things get to you. She thought, grabbing a suit case off the back of her bike. In she walked, straight to the main desk. "Watch your hands and elbows." The man said just before the the circle Racheal stood on, began lowering. She looked straight ahead as it lowered slowly. This thing was taking to long. When she got about 7 feet from the ground she tossed her suit case and jumped off of this thing. Landing on her knee and the tip of her other foot. She slowly stood up as she grabbed her stuff and walked towards the door where an agent was waiting for her.

Agent Clay stood there with his hands together. Watching as the new arrival came over to him. "Follow me." He adressed, not giving out any type of emotion to pin point. Turning, his black shoes spun on the smooth concrete. The silver handle on the door looked glossy, like it had been greased or oiled recently. Reaching forward, he unlocked the door with one hand and pulled it open with the other. First things first, take her around and show her some of the other agents before he was actually supposed to bring her to her new partner. There was a flight of stairs just behind that door, not very much of a surprise though. This was a huge building. Up the concrete steps and down a hallway, he came upon another door. Opening it for her and leaving her to go and explore. Civilized people indeed. Passing by was Frankie, catching a glimpse of the new girl nearly made him fall over.

Racheal nodded as she followed him up the flight of stairs. When she noticed a guy staring at her she got very defensive and aggressive. She swallowed back some bad words and kept walking. From there she went straight to a room with as little as talking possible, the library. There she saw a sapien and a really old guy. "Proffessor Broom." She stated, stuffing her cold hands deep into her pocket. Lint tickling her hands. Racheal blinked a few times as she could hear things going on in different rooms. Although she was very hardcore and solitary, she still let curiosity get the better of her sometimes. Wether or not it was for good or bad.

Red meanwhile was lifting weights with only his left hand. Those had to be like 200 lb. weights, but he handle that much weight on one hand. If not, more. A couple agents told him that he was having a new, female, partner. Not being the type to get excited, Red rolled his eyes. He didn't want anyone to work alongside him. His last partner got tired of him and quit, not being able to put up with the big red monkey. Or at least that's what Abe called him sometimes.

Agent Clay then went to the end of a hallway, just a room away from where Racheal was busy meeting the others. He stood with his hand clutching his wrist in a very fancy way. Thinking more about his hair than anything else. He could tell it was a little thin in the front but everyday he'd just stroke it gently and remark, "Heh heh. It'll fill in." The man was very touchy about his hair and about his health. But mostly, he was concerned about Red and how he was most of the time. Since he was currently in trouble with his father for breaking out. Which was a big no no here. The other agent, agent Gibson, was off making his rounds. Thinking to himself, Man I gotta get this girl off my mind. I'm gonna loose my job if I don't. Gibson stroked the stubble on his face, thinking about letting it grow out into a goa-tee. Smiling as he visualized himself with one. Handsome indeed.

Racheal looked at him and shook the old geezer's hand. She had very much respect for some elders, just not all of them. When Abe swam up it stunned her a little bit, actually spooking the girl. Racheal nodded and walked over to the books that rested on the upright stands. She turned to the next page, walking over to him just close enough to see her breath against the glass. She put her hand up but didn't touch the glass really. She shrugged slightly, tracing his odd face with her eyes. Moving away. She went back to proffessor Broom. "I understand that you requested my presence." She stated, stuffing her hands down deeper into her pocket than before. Meanwhile Red was smoking a cigar and lifting weights still with his left hand. The only normal hand he had. He had no idea was coming his way but he prepaired for any type of girl. Crazy girl, nervous girl, shy girl, scared girl. But little did he know, he had the worst kind. An ensecure dominant girl with a bad attitude. He knew very little to nothing about her. All Red knew, was her gender. Female.

Racheal followed like an obediant puppy. She was trying to make a good first impression, this job was the best thing that could happen to her. If she couldn't keep this job, she'd be totally alone then. Racheal walked slowly and cautiously, alert and ready for anything. She wasn't the paranoid type. Thinking of everything she packed, Racheal remembered the whole list. Toothbrush, soaps and body washes, hair brush, $900, MP3 player, Brass knuckles, tape for her hands, survival knife, and a couple other things. Racheal was mentally trying to figure out what type of room she might get and what type of things might already be in there. This is interesting. She thought as she went to the other case, looking down at a spear type head. It was a beautiful weapon.

Agent Clay stood at the door, holding a big metal thing in his hand to unlock the door. It was some sort of key but it was shaped like a gun almost. He bit at his bottom lip, Agent Frankie walked around Racheal. Trying to make himself look busy. He smiled some, trying to act cool. "Hey there." He said, flicking his hair off to the side. Girls usually liked boys with longer hair and that's what he always tried to have. "I'm-" That's as far as he got until Clay cleared his throat. Giving the newbie a glare. Frankie sighed, "Frankie." He said plain and bored.

Racheal nodded then shook her head. "Racheal." She said and looked away. She ran her fingers over the smooth candy bar rappers. She then looked at Clay for some guidance. She walked up to the door, noticing that he was only unlocking it as she came nearer. She looked him over and then the steele door, this place was just so weird and different then what she was used to. Meanwhile, Red was just beyond that door, lifting weights with his left hand as usual.
