hi im learning to draw lionking fanart but need some tips and need to learn me more i need tips on what program is good anny tips what i could draw after and things liek that and learn me to make better pictures

You're excellent at blocking out characters' forms and creating clean lines! Are you using Paint for now? If so; there are several free programs out there that you can use. One of the most popular free programs are GIMP.

Well. Its not bad. I can't draw that with even practicing. I've been trying to draw balto but eh. I like it. My tip is to keep practicing.

i did draw that picture before then i did htan on my comp but you want to draw balto take na picture draw after it do draw after many pictures then you learn the lines draw after pictures is one of the easiest way to learn

I guess you should just keep drawing, and get the hang of it XD
You could use references from the film first if you want, or use a more sophisticated program
There are also some methods on the internet on drawing certain tlk characters
