A shimmering blue figure enters the room. As the blue sparkles dissolve and coalesce A ghostly image of Dingo stands before you.
*smiles* Hi there wolfdog, Rotramel said you had a question for me? ... Ah, I see... well, not really. I mean, compared to what he's put some of us characters through I had a pretty easy life *laughs* ...but really, I lived life just a fully as anyone else in my family, but I kept more to myself, so not many people knew what I was up to. I did get the chance to meet Shasta... *sighs* she was a good wolf. *smiles* ...but she's here with us now. Life with Aniu is great, there is no pain, no hunger or sickness... the only time we are in danger is if we volunteer to fight with her armies against Shade... but Rotramel told me not to go into too much detail on that heh heh. All in all my death was awful... is there a death that isn't? ...but it's okay, I died protecting my parents and now I'm happy and safe and looking forward to seeing my family again one day. The hardest part about dying was watching how it tore my mother apart... but she's doing better now, so that doesn't weigh on me much anymore. *smiles* ...hope I answered your question. I have to be getting back to Aniu now... bye!

Josh: Two questions. Now that you know the truth about what happened to your father what will you do next? And two, as Dema's master, what is some of her duties toward you?

"Hi Wolfdog. My name is Jason, but I'm sure you already know that... Rotramel told me you had some questions for me and I told him I'd try to answer them as best I could on my way through. I can't stay long... I'm on the run you know." *listens* "Ah... okay, as to that first question, Rotramel has cautioned me on going into too much detail because that topic will be dealt with directly in his newest story, but... I am running right now, more from myself than anyone else..." *sighs* I... I can't believe what I did... how stupid I was..." *looks up* "...but none of that matters anymore, what's done is done and I'm a dead dog if I'm caught in Nome. As for Dema? I'm not even sure why I saved her. As her master she better do whatever I tell her too... though... my ferocity has taken a dive since I found out how Fairbourne used me... I don't know what's going to happen to either of us. I hope she sticks around though. So far she's said she would, but... she's all I have left now."
*Bark* *Bark* *looks behind him* "Uh oh, that's my cue to exit. Keep reading and I'm sure you'll find out what happens to us." *runs away*

Jenna: Will the fact that you are pregnant with pups that are not Balto's be revealed in the next fanfic? Have I said too much?

Rotramel: Can I even ask her this question as she is really Universal's and not yours?

Heh heh of course you can ask. I think Jenna has changed so much from universal's version she's hardly even their's anymore anyway lol.

*Jenna pads into the room and looks at you* "Oh, hello... Rotramel said that you have a question for me?"
*sighs* Well... not the next one, but soon. From what I'm told there are two fics planned that take place during the same timeframe, one here in Nome and one with the Talbourne and Rotramel has decided to write the Talbourne one first... they're really hurting after Lytion's attacks you know... *she falls quiet and then sighs again* ...but yes, the fact taht I have puppies that aren't... Balto's... will be dealt with soon. *her ears lower and she sighs again* "I'm not entirely sure how Balto is going to take it to be honest... but I guess whatever happens happens... I trust Rotramel, he's never gotten me into anything he couldn't get me out of before heh heh. *She smiles* "Well, got to meet Balto soon so I gotta run, hope I helped! *she turns and runs out of the room*

RTW And All those character's who died during Steel's rampage during "When Love Goes Sour" and "Darkness" did they finally get a peaceful and great afterlife ?

I was hardly a featured character after all..." *pauses and listens to the question* "Yes, I, along with all the Talbourne serve Aniu, and thereby serve her creator as well. Our reward in the end is to live with her in peace forever. There we need not worry of hunger or thrsrt, sickness or death. It is a wonderful place. Some are asked to join the fight against Shade and his demons, but none are forced to serve. I myself have volunteered my services to Aniu in whatever she may need, and the vast majority of those here have as well. If one does not stand up and fight for what's right, then how can he expect anyone else to? ...but I gotta get going, didn't have much time, thank you for remembering me! *pads off and dissapears*.

Hello MLM. Yes and no. It is my belief that a soul is not judged by the way in which they died, but how they lived prior to that death. This belief I also transfer into my stories. The majority of Steele's victims were good dogs and wolves, but there might have been some that were not so good, and so didn't get rewarded as the rest. It is decided on a case by case basis. ...and here we find a crux in the mythology of my stories. ...aside from Balto, many of the domesticated dogs have forgotten Aniu and her story. If they do not believe, if they do not serve her, then why should they be rewarded as the Talbourne are? ...hmm have to do some thinking on that. ...good question MLM, thank you.

Okay I have four questions. The final ones for Rotramel himself but the first three are for none other than the King of Darkness - Shade!

Question #1: Shade, you've made it more than obvious how you feel about your mother but how was the relationship with your father (Ta'nee I think him name was) before and after your mother's murder?

Question #2: Are either you or Balto aware that you're half-brothers?

Question #3: I couldn't help but notice but you seem to be targeting Jenna alot lately. First you chose her as the one to sacrifice to bring you to the Upper World and later we find out you're intent was to send her to your place. Then you almost convinced her to kill a pup named Jason. It almost seems as if you're trying to bring her to the dark side. Is it just to irk Aleu or has the King of Darkness found himself a potential queen?

Last of all Rotramel - I looked in your gallery but I couldn't find this "Family Tree" I've read about on other message boards. Did you take it down to update it or something?

A firey red light flashes across the room as a long dead black wolf steps into the room. Pale white bone is visible through wounds across his face, chest and legs. He chuckles and there is an evil gleam in his glowing red eyes. After that well... it was he who killed me in the end so I tend to think that he didn't care for me too much heh heh heh. Little did he know that by taking his revenge he imprisoned himself and all those wolves of the Talbourne who remained loyal to that rat Aniu on the island of Ilianea, that and of course I became more powerful than he could have ever imagined."
Balto and I? Well I certainly don't consider him a brother. For one thing he is far too nice and good for me to want him anywhere near me. We may have had the same mother, but that was thousands years apart. I suspect that though Balto has heard my story he hasn't put the two together yet and figured it out. Typical of that stupid traitor.
Ha ha ha Jenna? ...a queen? oh no, that would never do. She is after all a dog, I am a wolf, and a proud one at that. Dogs are weak, they have given leave to the humans, when it is they who should rule over all. Humans don't dare come near a wolf, unless they are to kill it, and that is with good reason. Dogs are weak and I have no use for weakness of any kind. You are correct, I have targeted Jenna several times. This is because of her connection to Aleu and Balto, yes, but it is also because she is so innocent. I would love to see her plummet to the very depths of depravity, to see Aniu shed a tear at losing yet another soul to me, especially one so pure at first... that would be very sweet indeed. Her screams of pain and anguish would be something to be highly treasured in my domain heh heh heh."

He glares at you with those red eyes as he laughs. A red light envelops the room and he is gone. Only the echo of his insane cackle remains.

No, I didn't take the family tree down, to be honest I'm not sure what happened to it. I'm working on a better version, but that will take some time. Maybe I'll have it up in a week or so, not sure. ...but I am planning to replace it. It's just a hard thing to sit down and do heh heh. Ah, the hardest choice I ever had to make... well, that is a difficult question to answer. I suppose, really all of them. Any time I had to make a decision everyone's lives hung in the balance... but a few especially hard ones that still weigh on my mind... well, obviously there is the decision that I made to step out in front of the car not too long ago... would I change it? ...I'm not sure. I know that I caused Shadow far more pain than I will understand by forcing him to see that, but... everything that happens Aniu puts to purpose. Would Steele have gotten his second chance had I not needed his help to talk to Aniu? ...maybe, but maybe not. I'm choosing not too think too much about that one... makes my head hurt. ...another was the decision to declare Talkeet an enemy of the Talbourne and to hunt him down. I know Shadow wanted what was best for the Clan, but... he was my nephew, and he did turn around and give his life in service to Aniu and myself. Without him covering our retreat we would have never made it away from the cave the way we did... another that sticks out was the decision to stand my ground when confronted with Shade in human form. Each time he shot me... I fought, wrestled with myself to stand firm in my faith to Aniu, but it's very difficult when you're litterally looking down the barrel of a gun and been shot several times. I thought I done for then... but Aniu enabled Saba to heal me. I don't think I'd change anything. My life has been rough, full of pain and heartache, such is the life of a wolf, but... it's had many fantastic moments too. Who knows what I might alter without intending to. I think that Aniu has a reason for everything that she allows to happen to us, though we may not see it at the time, or even ever. ...even bad things work to good in the end."

Now as for the questions to me...
I haven't really considered putting my stories on other sites... Balto Source has always been my home hehe might be a good idea though, might think about it. As for giving my stories the "furry treatment" I'm not sure what you mean. If you would care to explain a little more I would be happy to answer ^^

Ah, well, ...no not really hehe I mean It's not that I don't like anthro fics (I've written a few). ...but that would be waaaay too much re-writing lol. I did do a furry (albeit not Balto related) anthro zombie story not too long ago. Unfortunately do to the graphic nature of that story and some of his content I am not at liberty to post it here on Baltosource. ...but if you want a copy of it I can always email hehe. Just PM me if you're interested.
