Most dogs in Nome are getting sick with an odd illness vetranarian's are calling 'caninetheria' in which a dog picks up the symptoms of diptheria; even the wolves around Nome are getting it! Among these wolves is Katie, a young mother of four pups, whom all belong to Kodi. Yes you know him XD. Still, she gets sick when she is in the guise of a husky(White bandana, covering her black stripe)and she is taken to the vet by Mr.Simpson. Lena Tai(Female) Cachen and Kai(Male) are all worried about their Mother, vand she seems to be fading fast. Kodi, Balto and the four one year olds are chosen to be put on the sled team that will bring the antidote bakc ot Nome that's all the way in Jeaneu. Can they make it or will two familiar faces wreck everything?

When she gets a chance to run on a sled team, like Kodi she is very energetic and excited. When the time comes she might have to fight, she slinks to the back of the crowd and waits for the enemy to weaken.

Kodi paced to and fro in front of Katie's room, she had been sick for a while, but never did he expect it to be this severe! She, too had thought it was something minor, like a cold. But, as she had been walking, just a day ago, in her disguise, she collapsed. Kodi's musher had been so worried for what he thought was a little dog, that he had rushed her to the vet! And all around; nothing but sick dogs, all purebred. Kodi had asked Balto to watch his children, not wanting them to see their Mother so sick...

Kodi nodded, hesitantly getting up form his post, and glancing forlornly at the door. But, nevertheless followed Fang to try and figure out something..anythign they could do.

Jenna smirked, licking Balto's cheek tenderly. "Good, then you know I'm going with you." she stated matter-of-factly.

OOC: It's sad, I can hear this sad little voice saying "Yes I do..." poor thing.

Kai nodded softly, looking to his younger brother. "I do too." he said.

Tai nodded, nuzzling Cachen, almost protectively. "I can't help it...But I feel it too. Makes me sick kinda.."

Fang found a way under the building and lead Kodi to a grill under the room where he heard foot steps. He looked up to see the vet was speaking with the musher, Dusty on a bed nearby, Fang felt a pang of saddness as he watched her wrath and cry in terrible agony. Poor Dusty, she must of had it longer than I thought... Then he looked across the room and saw something that near broke his heart, young pups suffering from the illness, Fang couldn't bare looking at the little dogs in such agony so he concentraited on Mr Samson and the vet. "Alright Kodi, here we are, lets listin and see if we can figure something out." he whispered.

OOC: You should be the one to tell what they're saying, you can probably do that better.

"Even if I left you behind, you'd follow anyway, wouldn't you?" asked Balto.

OOC: me too, poor puppies.

"Poor momma, she must be in terrible pain, I wonder if she misses us." said Lena, worried.

Cachen bursted out into tears.

Kodi nodded, he could almost feel his heart tearing in two; dogs he knew, cared about. And such young pups, crying out for help. He tried his best to keep attention to their musher and the vet:

"Doctor?" Mr. Simpson said curiously, glancing back to Dusty every once in a while.

The doctor sat up tall in his seat; quite a lanky man indeed. "Mr. Simpson, there are approximately 50 to 70 purebred dogs that live in Nome, including pups. Now, we have most of them in this very hospital!" the man rubbed his chin. "I..can't understand why they're all getting so sick..." Mr. Simpson gave a soft nod. "It's so familiar; I remember all the children acting this way."

"Symptoms of flu or a cold, followed by swollen throats, high fevers and terrible coughing." the doctor's eyes widened. "You don't think...?"

OOC: Apparently, it was no problem XD

Jenna nodded. "Yes...yes I would. I'm tired of you almost getting killed! Remember Steele almost broke your skull; then, you almost drowned in freezing cold water...Then you almost feel ugh, who knows how many feet! I am coming with you, pulling the sled and all."

OOC: *whimper*

Kai looked at Lena, then to Cachen, who was sobbign his heart out for their Mother. His silver fur blew in a light gust as he walked to the vet's determination in his eyes.

Tai glared at Lena. "Oh! Don't say that Lena!!" she wrapped her forepaws around Cachen. "It's okay Cachen, come on, Momma wouldn't want you cryin'."
