Ok, this topic may already been said before, but I'm curious. Do you really think that Kodi is obsessed with his job?

No, I don't think so. Kodi just took pride in his work. If Kodi were obsessed with his job it would be painfully obvious.

Agreed. Kodi was simply worked the hardest he could at the job which, as I have said in another topic on this particular board, was almost always to the exclusion of everything else. That's not obsession. That's dedication. And he was completely dedicated to being on a mail team.

It does seem understandable that Kodi may or may not be obsessed with his job. The time setting was in 1928, the year before the 1929 stock market crash. So, maybe jobs were being lost in 1928 or something.

Anyway, I agree with both Mighty and JC.

But Kodi is not obsessed, that's the thing. And I wouldn't apply reality to a cartoon, and at that, what does that have to do with this topic? Kodi just loved his job, end of story.

That being said:

1. That goes beyond the scope of the third movie;

2. The crash of the stock market was not the primary death knell of mail carriage by dog teams and sleds. The credit there does go to the airplane and bush pilots, as accurately hinted at in the third movie (even if it took several years for that to come to pass).

What do you mean? Kodi isn't obsessed, that's clear as day.

Don't forget i said 'i believe.' It's just what i believe. That's a simple opinion. And if it's so 'clear as day' that Kodi is, in fact, not obsessed with his job report the topic and have someone lock it.

I just didn't know what you were talking about, but I'm not sure if this topic is worth locking or not. Kodi really isn't obsessed, here are the details:

None of which is present in Kodi.

Well, seeing this i think the author just doesn't have the right word for Kodi being "in love with his job"

Perhaps, but even if that's what they were trying to say, that makes this topic rather pointless.

So what do you think? Report and lock or leave it? because i think it's a rather okay topic for others who aren't too in depth with Kodi's love for his job to talk on.

I've reported it, but more in a question form. I personally think this topic is rather pointless (I tend to say that a lot xD) either way you look at it.
