Please be more descriptive. Hair length? Dress length? Just plain red hair and plain red dress, or designs in the dress and highlights/lowlights in the hair? Eye color? Is she completely tan with no markings?

I may look in to your request, but I need more details please. Unless you just want me to take some plain guesses and draw something up.
