I first saw Monsters Inc. in my brother's birthday. (meant, he born in the day when I watched it) In couple years I saw this movie 3-4 times on National TV (I live in different country than you) And I remember how I liked Randall. Now I got bored in my summer-cottage, and watched some movies in Popcorn , I watched the Monsters, and I couldn't believe Randall's dead. Mom told me that when all children in our party cheered at his death I cried. And everybody wondered and then thought that I think he's still alive, and they tried to 'comfort' me, saying he is dead and won't return. Of course, I wasn't better.

I know I'm weird with it and all, but I almost always love the villains, not the heroes. I just hate Steele of Balto. And I hate Waternoose.

I heard a rumors about Monsters Inc. 2. Gosh, I hope Randall won't die there, if he will show up.

What's your opinion?

I think it'd be great if they made a Monsters Inc 2, I enjoyed watching the first one. My favourite character from Monsters Inc is Randall, though I wasn't exactly 'sad' when he died. Wait...Actually, I think he didn't die...Didn't he wind up in that caravan and some guy said "Hey ma, another one of them 'gators is in the house"? If there is going to be a sequel, I think Randall will most definately re-appear and come up with another evil scheme that is probably going to find a hilarious way of blowing up in his face.

And I'm really afraid of that. Blowing up his face wouldn't be nice.

I actually didn't think he died, either - just got beaten with a shovel. I myself never really assumed he was dead, because it didn't technically show him die. I'm thinking those two people either threw him out of their trailer, or he escaped and had to fend for himself in the human world. The possibilities are endless.

Yeah, I know that he's not really dead now, but when I was kid, mom tried to comfort me that way.

I've never been a big fan of Pixar globally, but Monsters inc is the one I like the least. I don't remember anything of it, actually, because I slept through it.
But I'm very looking forward to Brave, that one seems a lot better than all these marketing sequels.

Monsters Inc was my favorite movie until I saw The Lion King in 2003. I already knew about MI2, but Steet already mentioned it.
