*Note*This is NOT to be confused with The Animated movies/series topic. This one is for non - animated movies and series, but if you have some Animated ones you want to talk about, you can do so here as well.

Twister
I just don't get why many people don't like this movie.:shock:I mean, I know that people have the right to their opinions, but I personality didn't see what was so wrong about that movie. All I know is that I enjoyed it. The Effects were the best part of the movie, In my opinion. What I enjoyed the most about this movie was:

- It was a HUGE part of my childhood. My First Non Animated movie that I watched in my Childhood. I mainly watched Animated movies. xD I really enjoyed it alot when I was young, even Claimed my Father's VHS of it as mine. I watched it so many times when I was little that I wore out the VHS of it.

- The Characters were *gasp* LIKEABLE. I seriously, Used to hate only two of the Characters, but then when I watched it for the first time since my Childhood, I realized that I no longer hated any of the Characters, and they were all likeable to me, which, In my opinion, doesn't happen alot when I watch alot of movies.

- The special effects were STUNNING! *cough* *cough* Alright, maybe they are NOT as stunning anymore because of all the 3D animation that we have today, but it was Stunning for it's time back in 1996. That was during when they had just started using Computer animation more often. I thought the effects were well put together for the setting of that film. Now seeing it for the first time in years, I realize that it doesn't seem as Fake as all the stuff we see today. Looking at you *coughPixar/Disneycough* to me I find it Creative.

- The love story was DIFFERENT. That's probably another great thing about this movie. It wasn't your Average Love story. Boy meets Girl falls in love Blah. (You know, Boring Rubbish.) It was different, which I liked the most about it. They split up, Guy comes back with his Girlfriend to get divorce papers, Girl goes Storm chasing, leaving the Guy no choice but to drag his Girlfriend along for the chase. Then we see that they Bicker and fight, which leaves it interesting, as both have to overcome obstacles for one another. I also liked how the end didn't trick you into thinking they wouldn't get back together. (I suck at explaining things, so sorry about that. I might edit this at a later date.)

- The music and film score were EPIC! Mark Mancina is awesome! I didn't know that he helped do the Film score on Both Brother Bear movies. xD I loved how the music of the score matched the theme of this movie... Dark and Eerie. :D I loved every score in that movie, as well as the music in this movie, had very few background songs, as I HATE musicals. I loved the Humans Being song. :3 Of coarse though, because I love Van Halen and Rock music. Darn this movie made me love Rock. xD

- The End Credits were AMAZING! I loved how they did not make the end credits for that movie Boring. I love how instead of using your typical Black and White credits, they used Extra footage of the Stormy Clouds that they had filmed themselves.

I know that there are far more Non Animated movies I can list here, but I need to Remember. xD

Napoleon Dynamite is the worst comedy movie I've ever seen. The producers/directors weren't trying at all with the comedy. It's all cheap and horribly un-funny.

lol, I sound like Roger Ebert reviewing North.

Hobbit 2: Desolation Of Smaug
I think this movie was awful! When it wasn't boring, it was completely illogical and stupid. I don't even know why they needed to complicate the whole story adding unexisting and overpowered characters. For a rather calm and nice book The Hobbit was, it had too many unecessary action scenes (I think I'm gonna slap PJ really hard for that dwarf surfing barrel scene). It seemed like Avengers in Tolkien world with Legolas being the main superhero...
