It may and probably does have a bit too doo with his ego, eccentrically and vanity but also that English may not be his mother tongue. I mean no disrespect too those who speek English as a new language but from experence many who do speek it later in life do speek it in a mismatched way.

He comes off as a guy from Spain or South America and only spoke English at a later date.

Yes, did anyone have any doubt about that? He's obviously a "foreigner", I think his language sounds like a mix of Spanish, Italian and French.

Yeah, I think he has some Portuguese in there as well. I ment it as no disrespect though and it is also in part too his character as a loon.
