"Where are you staying now?" she asked quietly, "Are you on the streets or with a family..?"

Griffin nodded to his mother and walked at of the front room and into the kitchen. As he passed Regina, Chris, and Matt, he muttered quietly, "You guys should probably leave and give the girl some space. Mom will now how to deal with this human." When Griffin entered the kitchen, he dumped his bowl into the sunk and grabbed a clean one from the cupboard. He quickly ladled some soup into the bowl before grabbing a spoon and heading back out into the front room. He handed the bowl to Laika. "This should help quiet your stomach," he said with a friendly smirk.

Matt held back a growl as his older brother told him, Regina, and Chris to leave. He always didn't like the condescending way he called her 'human.' Depsite the stench of human, Matt that Laika smelled just fine. A little dirty, but still sweet. He really hoped that Mrs. Silver would let her stay despite that she wasn't a werewolf like the rest of them.

Bree finally spotted a window on the first floor, and hurried to it. She had a good view of a small kitchen, and she noticed the back of a boy as he walked out of the room. Bree craned her neck to see around the corner where he had just disappeared to, and she could see a sliver of the connecting room. There was nothing in her view expect a shoulder and a foot, and she sighed in frustration.




Luna felt her temper rise as he walked away from her. She had a terrible habit of always having to have the last word, so she could not let this wolf get away with just walking away. "I saw you grab that piece of paper earlier," she said loudly just before he could turn the corner. "It's for that foster home for people like us, isn't it? I've got one myself." Luna pulled out a peice of paper identical to the one she knew the boy had in his own pocket. She had found her copy a few weeks ago tucked almost underneath a pot hole in the middle of a rarely used street. She had planned to throw it away, but had kept it for reasons she wasn't sure of yet. Luna always told herself that she was interested in having friend, especailly not ones that were werewolves like her. But the knowledge that she had somewhere to go is she was really, really desperate gave her a small comfort on her worst nights.

Zac turned just in time before he actually disappeared behind the corner. With a raised eyebrow, he was about to say something in reply before she pulled out the piece of paper he had previously tucked in his pocket. He pulled his own out, reading the printed letters on the white. He looked up at the girl with not much expression and then smiled slightly.

This girl seemed nice enough now. Maybe she had been trying to get him angry before because she didn't know how else to react? Maybe she hadn't had a friend, like Zac, and just didn't go the same way about it as he did. Whatever the case, he took the 'friend' offer, or whatever related thing it was and finally answered, "You wanna go there?" He asked, as if to confirm a hidden meaning in her sentence.

Chris tried hard not to growl. He heard the blood pounding in his ears. "Smart @$$." he muttered, turning and walking up the stairs. He walked into his room a while later, he pulled out a book and leaned against his light, eggshell windowsill. He began to read his book.

The mother patted Griffin on the back. "Thank you, Griffin." she smiled. "Here, come sit on the couch and we can talk when you're done eating, dear."

Regina nodded to Chris, accepting his apology before whipping around to glare at Griffin. He had a point though, so she walked back into the kitchen and grabbed some Ramen Noodles. Taking out a pot and filling it up with water, she listened intently on the conversation in the hallway.


Sony tilted her head and looked out the window for a moment before responding. "Maybe you should find that out for yourself." She winked and stood up and walked out into the hallway, motioning for William to follow.


William hesitated a moment, fear swelling in his throat. He swallowed and stood up to follow her.

Zac took a moment to note the sky's dulling color. In a few hours it would be twilight. His eyes found their way back to the girl just as she finished speaking. "Well, considering I've been a loner ever since I was turned... and I just arrived into town, it may not be such a bad idea for me either. Whichever way you look at it, if this is a foster home for werewolves like us, they'll probably have our backs, right? Or... they should..." He contemplated the possibilities. "Safety in numbers seems to be a good benefit. After all, you never know what could be lurking around her besides people," he considered, and began to walk towards the direction of where he believed the address to be. When he finally sketched the grouped numbers and words on the paper into his mind, he crumbled it up and shoved it back in his jacket. He assumed the girl behind him was following, though he couldn't be sure because he didn't look back to check.

He had some sort of feeling that this girl put on a mask to look tough. She may very well have been strong, too, however she probably wasn't that uncaring deep inside. Or, at least, Zac hoped not. "So, what's your name?" He called back, finally looking to see if she had followed.

"I'm sorry about all these nosey children." She murmered, looking at Matt and Griffin.

Chris's tummy growled. He realised he forgot his soup.
He ran downstairs again, he picked up his bowl and took a seat at the table. He watched Regina stir the Ramen. "You do know Dinner is ready already, right?" he chuckled.

Zac was wondering suddenly if it was such a great idea to leave the flyer to the wind. What if some human caught it and doubted the myths? He shook his head at such a silly thought. If anyone picked it up they'd think it was a prank. Some joke meant to baffle a stupid person's head. He would have laughed had he not had to answer Luna's question. "Luna, huh? Nice name." He gave a slight smile.

"I'm Zac."

Cody was lurking in the shadows near Zac and Luna and downwind so they couldn't detect him, listening to them for a while to see what they were up to and see if they knew of his presence yet due to him being here for quite a while. When he seen Luna let the invitation leave her hand, he went and picked it up once it came close enough to him and stepped back into the shadows to follow and to listen to them once again. In a moment's time he had a smile on his face when he seen the address on the paper but decided to follow the younger wolves and see what they were up to.

Blake was in his room, listening to some Disturbed, when he heard commotion downstairs. So, he got up, put away his IPod, and walked downstairs to see who was making the noise. When he seen the visitor in the living room, he stopped in his tracks and said "Hello. I shall go back upstairs now. I was just wondering who was making that ruckus. It is louder than my IPod was. I hope you decide to stay. It seems like you are a nice person." He left and went back upstairs and thought about who that girl was because she seemed so familiar to him and yet he couldn't place his finger on where he seen her before.

Dakota and Elizabeth were in their room, doing girl things when they too heard noise. They put everything away and left their room just in time to see Blake thoughtlessly walk past them. They looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders at the same time, motioning to each other that neither of them knew what was wrong with Blake, and walked downstairs to see what was bugging Blake so much. They rolled their eyes and sighed when they seen the new girl.

Dakota sat on a chair near the new girl and said in a very friendly voice "Hi there. My name's Dakota. What's yours?"

Elizabeth sat on the floor near their step mother and asked "Is there anything I can help you two with, mother?"

"Griffin, could you go wash the dishes? Take your brother with you." She said, smileing sweetly. She looked at Laika. "Please." She looked back up at Griffin.
