Animation Source Forums

I'm not sure if it's the site itself, or just my browser but for some reason I cannot access the main sites; only the forums. The problem began after I deleted my old account 'HybridWolfTurtle' wanting to start anew since I wasn't satisfied with how I made the old account. Only after I deleted it did the site start coming up as this;



It won't let me access anything on the site, and only keeps going back to that page. I am unable to sign in on any of the main sites and therefore cannot post any fanart or fanfiction there like I want to be able to. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

This sounds like a cookie problem. The site still might be trying to access the cookies that went to your old account. Clearing your cookies should do the trick.

Muddy: Try to fix your cookies like Mighty suggested, and then contact Steet and or us mods if the problem still continues like this.

That should be obvious, Lala. Even though Conay made a obvious sarcastic post (in a joking way I'm sure), it had nothing whatsoever to do with the point of the topic, nor was it helpful in anyway.

And considering how Conay's post was removed, your post is off-topic and irreverent.




But here are some other helpful suggestions:

-Run the cmd prompt by going to start> run> cmd. Once the dialog box opens, type in this code: ipconfig /flushdns

-Reset your router by unplugging it for at least five minutes.

I don't know what browser you're using, but in Firefox go to Firefox> options> options. On that first dialog box that says clear your recent history or remove individual cookies, click on remove individual cookies and look for "animationsource.org". It should be near the top since the cookies are listed in a ABC order. Once you find the cookies for Animation Source, click on it and then click remove cookies. With success, you should be able to log into your account. If not, then I would suggest trying another browser.
