Should Hiccup and Astrid get married?

Vote and tell me why you think they should or should not, and then why they would be better off married or not.

I think they would make a great couple. Their kids would be smart (Hiccup), strong (Astrid), and just plain cute with their freckles and blond hair!

Hey everyone. I've got some scetches of adult Hiccup and Astrid for the second movie. I also have got the exclusive interview where it says that in the second movie all the characters will be five years older and they costumes will get and upgrade. So, if they are going to be older in the sequel, I'd say they should get married!

That...is...not...good! No no no no no! What so Dreamworks thinking!? You never change the age of a character that a lot of people love! It's is going to ruin the next movie! This is not good! if you think they shouldn't be adults in the sequel, then sign this petition. Please:

Well I'm surprised after watching some of the characters sheet. The only thing I must said it's that they could put them taller in the movie, not adults yet. Because in the books, for what I've could investigate they're still teenagers.

Camicazi is in the books batman. And they never had any love relationship, only friend.

I think that they wont end up together all that long, because it seems like astrid only likes hiccup because he saved everyone and stuff. Once his fame dies down a bit, i feel like astrid would break up with him. Shes very ambitious, and hiccup isn't. He's happy with just being what he is- he doesn't want to be 'the best' like astrid does.
So i think they would drift apart, and astrid will leave him to do bigger and better things. They will still be friends probably, but just not in a committed relationship.
But i agree, their babies would be ADORABLE.

No no no no NO! Sorry, but I disagree with you! If you watch the movie, when Astrid is in the cove with Hiccup, she hears a rustle from the other side of the cove and yells "Get down!" While pushing Hiccup down. She was trying to protect him before the romantic flight. And she showed signs of liking him all during the movie.

I think she sort of admired him, and she cared about him, obviously, but i don't think it was necessarily romantic.
But of course, i have a wonderful habit of breaking up cannon ships.

Now now, Fluff, calm down. Everyone's entitled to their opinion (AS's catchphrase, get used to it). It is possible for a friend to care about another friend enough to save them. Or alert them to dangers, or whatever happened in the example you gave as I don't know cause I don't care for the show. Personally I like the two together. I like Astrid and think she's a nice fiery soul, and Hiccup I find boring and quiet. Therefore they complete each other. As far as if I think they'll stay together or not, I honestly have no idea, and I don't know what would prove or disprove they'll stay together. But as far as animated stories go, they'll likely stay together.

I dont know. I really do hate cannon ships though. But i can seen it from the side of you two. I wont argue.
