As I have so often said (in a variety of ways), it is not necessarily what age someone is, but what kinds of things they do and say. Which is why I said, in my earlier post "how old most of them are"...indicating that not every young person is that scatterbrained or annoying. Well, I suppose one can only lead the horse to the water. Despite this thread being up for a while now, most of the rants popping up are still pretty much fail.  But hey, it's your reputation. Wrong, JC. You are not me. You do not know what my intentions were. You've think that I made the topic with the intention of "reopening old wounds". Wrong. I discussed the topic with Lux on MSN and explained that I hoped members could discuss the subject calmly there without flaming and at least realize what the others problems with it were. But like I expected, it was locked. Also I don't want to use this as an excuse for my "fail". But I'd like to point out that one of the problems with Aspergers Syndrome is that we tend to miss the obvious. I was actually being serious when I asked questions like "What makes homosexuals R rated?" (A question that never got answered) Anyway, it seems I've once again missed the obvious in the fact that I should just sit back and not try to help when I see a large group of people being offended, who are scared to stick up for themselves. I'm sorry that you think I only brought one of the most "epic fails" the forum has ever seen to the board when in reality, I was trying to help.

I repeat - Wrong assumption, again. I'm not even going to waste my time replying to everything you said this time. But I will say, JC, you really don't know me at all nor my intentions if you still think I was only trying to cause trouble. And you need to read my post again. Maybe this will change your point of view on me and my rant - I don't "not care" about the subject. At the time I didn't care for the fact that the rant had been made many times before. Something I said right at the start. Read the first...6 lines or so of text. Here, I'll quote it for you. Quote: Yes, I know this rant has been made countless times before.
Yes, I know there are members on here sick of seeing it. (Some because they're against it, some because they're sick of seeing rants and want to see the rule taken down)
Yes, I know there are reasons for the rule in the first place.
And yes, I know that this is going to be locked if not handled calmly. Or maybe just immediately by a mod against the matter. (I've seen that happen.)
To be honest, I don't care. Quote: Now...that's ALL I am going to say about it. I will not be party to this topic being locked too. Ditto. Something we share the same POV on. This is the last thing I have to say too on the subject of my rant.But if you want to continue this, I'd prefer PM's beause I also don't want this to turn into an argument and result in this topic being locked too.
