Honestly, if you had to rate the movie, what would you rate it? Just curious. Please explain your rating no matter if it's low or high, or you can just say what you loved/hated about it. C:
I would rate it about... a 9/10 The movie was great, and the plot was well done! It was very creative as well as relatable from Hiccup's point of view. The characters were very loveable, and I also love how they managed to make the dragons look both fierce at times and adorable at others. Although no movie is perfect, and for this one I'd say the minor thing that set it off was probably the lack of other dragons. I know there's only so many you can do, but it felt kind of strange to me how there were only like six types of dragons. Prolly just me but *shrug*
What are your opinions?

^ I just want to point out how Hiccup found that book with hundreds of dragon species in it... so there were more than six. Just sayin'.. ^^'

Now I feel stupid. ;_; But I wonder why they didn't show any more of them in the movie then? Sure would've been interesting.

^ Probably cause it'd cost more money, but personally,
I wanted more dragon species myself.
They gave you not much variety from what we actually could see for a favorite.
The nightfury was designed so everyone would think it adorable,
and instantly fall in love with it's salamander resembling design.
I really like the terrible terror, but have felt drawn to the nightfury (nf) myself.
I have nothing against the nfs, or those who like them,
but something about nfs bother me...
Probably just that they're to popular.
That's really the only fault I can think of for the movie.
I have a rating in another topic for this film, I'm sure, but for now, let's just say "9/10".

I would give the movie a 9/10.
I thought the movie was brilliant and almost flawless. I enjoyed watching it and the animation is just stunning. The only thing I didn't really like, was that Toothless had no lady friend D:
Hiccup gets one, he falls in love with Astrid. But Toothless...C'mon, he needs some love right?
