Just like my "Who's Balto's Daddy?" forum topic. I'm just curious who your version of the red-faced pup is, since it was never official ;D Is it Saba? Is it Dingo? Or is it someone you made up? Is it a boy or a girl? What's his/her story? What's his/her relationship with his/her family? Does it even have one? Let me know! And don't forget to post a picture of it! :p

Name: Kiona
Age: 3-4
Gender: Female
Breed: 3/4 husky, 1/4 wolf
Parents: Balto & Jenna
Mate: Achak (Draco's character)
Children: Tonrar, Nayeli, Hinto
Personality: Mostly relies on body language to express herself (growls, etc.) and is usually quiet, except around Achak.
Likes: Achak, leading, pups, meat.
Hates: Aleu, following, stupidity.
Fears: Losing control.
As my character: My first Balto original character. I've had her for a couple years now. She used to be a very distressed character, because she was afraid of wolves, but was pretty much like Jenna. Used to be blue-eyed. Used to always wear a harness. Is often and can be used as my fursona.
Other: Was named "Una" by her parents. Named Kiona by her owner Thomas. Used to be lead dog of Thomas' team, but was chased away for biting him and attacking another teammate. Achak saved her life and she wishes to be around him as often as possible (she follows him like a duckling with its mother)

Name: Dakota
Age: 3-4
Gender: Male
Breed: 3/4 husky, 1/4 wolf
Parents: Balto & Jenna
Mate: None
Children: None
Personality: A smart-ass. Very confident in himself, and shows it, but not in a rude way. He's only rude to those he doesn't like, who also approach him first, which is alot. He never starts fights, but will provoke or carry one on until his enemy gives up. He always uses rude language.
Likes: Himself, his family, picking on his siblings, meat, exercise.
Hates: Pretty much everyone, give or take a few people.
Fears: Being weak, losing his family (but isn't afraid of leaving them)
As my character: He was created by killerbankotsu form Fanart-Central.net. We both share his character tho. She doesn't draw him too often, so I do cuz he's too good of a character to not draw.
Other: Has had many names throughout his life, because he's been bought and sold so many times. His first home was when he was living with his siblings as a pup, when they called him Dakota. His second home was living with a small family, where they called him Aries. He was such a menace to their home, he was sold to a farmer who called him Red. Dakota never listened to the farmer, so he was again sold to a man named Randall, who called him Diallo and used him for dog fights. Dakota lost a fight, and was afterwards sold to an old Russian musher named Filat. He never named Dakota anything, so he pretty much addressed himself as either Dakota or Diallo, because while he was living and addressed by those names, that was when he was happy, just like he is now as a sleddog. He's moved so many times, he never really got to associate with many dogs, so he's not interested in realtionships of any kind.

Name: Saba
Age: The pups were born in '26, right? and WoC is in '28? I don't remember....
Gender: Female
Breed: 3/4 husky, 1/4 wolf
Parents: Balto & Jenna
Siblings: Kodiak, Dingo, Sienna, Tessa, Aleu
Mate: For now, it's a wolf named Rohn, but I don't like the name.
Children: none, yet.
Personality: Enthusiastic, fun-loving, loyal, cautious, unsure of herself, somewhat angsty, peaceful, kind of shy when meeting new people (esp. males)
Likes: Running, exploring, anything with her best friend (Kaltag's son, Anvik), family
Hates: Violence, difficult decisions
Fears: Wolves, her own instincts
As my character: Was originally male (Don't ask me why, but I thought Saba was a boy's name). Female version was developed about 6+ months ago, but I've had the original version for about 2 years. The male version's mate was named Sitka.
Other: She was adopted by a family in Nome as a house dog, along with Kaltag's son Anvik. She was Aleu's favorite sister, so Aleu ran to Saba before running away from home and told her about their wolf pedigree. At first, Saba was shocked, but at the same time fascinated and proud. All of that changed when she and Anvik were running in the woods one day and accidentally ran into wolf territory. They were confronted by a sentry, who Anvik (Generally irritable, irrational, and rash. He did not inherit Kaltag's wit or his mother Nicole's sweet and shy disposition, and is Saba's polar personality opposite) insulted, and got in a losing fight with, getting a notch on his ear to match his father's, and a few other scars. Since then, Saba became afraid of her own instincts and afraid of all wolves and wolf/dogs, even her father. She isolates herself from everyone until an injured wolf shows up at her doorstep, and changes her life forever.

Mate: Luminous (wolf character)
Children: None, but wants some!
Personality: Baron is typically your "big brother" Kind of guy. He is very protective of his sisters, expecailly Saba, because she's really small and her owners abuse her. He is very caring, and sweet but can be very ruthless in a fight.
Likes: Pups, His master, Sean, Luminous, family, and meat.
Hates: Obnoxious and Arrogant males, abusive people, his old master, and wh*r*sh females.
Fears: losing what he loves, and one of his sisters or mate getting hurt by another male.
As my character: Baron was origonally the Aleu twin, but I changed my mind and made him the Red Faced pup. And his mate was a Husky, Maya. But the sucky fan fic I made just had a sucky story. So I redeveloped him.
Other: Baron was origonally owned by a cruel man, who starved him and beat him, but he was rescued by Sean, an old Bum who became his new master. He met his mate when he was chasing down his old master for trying to kill Sean and take him back. Later, when he heard about Saba's owners hurting her, he became very protective over her.

Mine is Tenaka, I just changed the markings quite dramatically coz they all get confused with one another and every says 'Your character is a copy of Kiona!!!', no offense Cat, it's only coz Kiona is so popular but I could'nt be bothered explaining it over and over again.

Mate: None (she has a best friend, Fido, who falls in love with her, but she doesn't feel anything to him)
Children: None
Personality: She's a very social dog. She does not feel like a hybrid because she has a loving owner.
Likes: Fido, running, people
Hates: howling, wolf part of her
Fears: wolf part of her
As my character: First she looked exactly like Jenna but with different markings, and her personality was also like Jenna's.
Other: Because she was adopted quickly, and had a loving owner, she forgot she's part of a wolf. As she grows older, it comes back to her. She's not happy with it and tries to avoid behaving like a wolf, but sometimes instinct is stronger. She's in a sled team, soon becomes a lead dog, because of her running and leading skills.

Other: His first human family sold him to local hunters, who wanted to
train him to help them kill wolves, but in every wolf he saw his father, so
he was useless for this job. He ran away, starting to hate humans and lived for a long time as a street mutt in White Mountain. He met Tifu there...

My version is very new, I'm still working on his stats, but here's what I got so far:

Name: Duce
Age: 1-2
Gender: Male
Breed: 3/4 husky, 1/4 wolf
Parents: Balto & Jenna
Mate: none
Children: none
Personality: fun loving, playful, a bit spoiled, clever, smart
Likes: his owners, being pampered
Dislikes: the family cat (might add more later)
Fears: His wild side, guns, cats (lol)
Background: Adopted by a couple of elder dog breeders from the U.S to be used as a show dog. Everything was going well, they traveled back to The U.S, Duce was given a show name, "Duces and Aces", and he was soon pampered with love. His owners also soon found how intelligent he was, though his temperment seemed goofy. His training went smoothly and soon he made his way around to various breed shows in the U.S. At his first major show, however, the judge frightened him, his wolf instincts kicked in, and he snapped at her and bit her. Soon after the incident, his owners discovered he was a hybrid, and was at most one quarter wolf. Knowing hybrids couldn't show, the couple wondered what to do. Duce wondered if they would sell him, but the new discovery didn't seem to bother his owners at all. If anything it made them more attached. Since his owners soon stated retirement, they all moved back to Nome, wanting to live the rest of their lives in the quiet little town. Duce wasn't too happy with the change at first, not used to coming from a place where he was pampered and accustom to, to somewhere out in the middle of nowhere where it was always cold. Being a show dog was something he didn't want to put behind him. He enjoyed all the attention he'd recieved. But now he was considered 'dangerous' because of his part wolf heritage. It wasn't long before Duce found out about his parents, and became interested, seeking them out when he was let out to roam the town during the day.

...And that's all I've thought up so far lol. I'll post more when I come up with it =P
