In order to start a roleplay, you must have a plot, rules, and a character bio. Also, you need to wait for at least two other people to join the rp before starting. Please read my stickied guide that you can find at the top of the board for a better idea of how to rp. I would also recommend you read over the RP Rules again as well, because each rp post must be over one-line long and you need to use proper punctuation and grammar. For example, your post:

trip walked the streets looking into the sunset now that his father had gone he had never really found anything to do with his life he yawned and turned a corner.
should be:

Trip* walked the streets,** looking at*** the sunset.**** Now* that his father was***** gone, he could never really find*** anything to do with his life.**** He* yawned and turned a corner.
* Capitalize names of characters and the first word of every sentence.
** Proper common placement to separate clauses.
*** Change of word choice and placement to improve clarity and flow.
**** Each sentence should end with either a period (.), question mark (?), or exclamation point (!). Mostly periods, though.
***** Proper grammar.
To make it longer than one line, consider adding details and description, like this:

Trip walked along the streets of the town he had grown up in, watching the sky as the sun slowly disappeared behind the houses. Normally he would be visiting with his father at this time of day, but he was gone now. Without his father's motivation and creative ideas, Trip felt his life become a boring rut. He yawned as he turned a corner, subconsciously hoping for something exciting to happen.
