Shenzi was played but Whoopi Goldburg. Just like her laugh. Get it, Whoopi, Whoopie! If you didn't like Shenzi's actress, who do you think she should have been played by?

Pff! Shenzi's awesome! I loved all three hyenas. Ed was my fav, but Shenzi's definitely my second. I can't imagine anyone voicing her better than Whoopi Goldberg. I was SO glad they even got her back for 1 1/2.

HEH! You kidding i would never change shenzi's voice no one's voice. I would hate it like that. this is like one of the best files that does not needed that much changing.

Yeah, Shenzi's voice is fine. She does sound Hyena-ish.

@ CCC-N: The names aren't always said clearly and easy to remember, so it's understandable you might not know who Shenzi is.
However, if you go to AS's Lion King section and under characters, they have a page for her: /lion_kin ... i/180.html
