^^ its working! no problem, thats why I'm here. Now, whatever you did, you can tell the others with banner issues  spread teh wealth, cut me in on your take!
btw, i would make that somewhat smaller if you want to have text in there. becuase the max sig size is a total of both the pic and the text you have.
