WHY ARE THERE NO TOPICS FOR THIS?! ...well if there is it's way buried, so here we go.

Any fans of the show? Actually I know at least three of us ASers are fans. >8]
Let's hear favorite character, what we like about the show and why, etc.
Also hope to review previous, favorite, future, etc episodes.

I usually love anything having to do with the supernatural, fiction, of sci-fi stuff. So... the reason why I like Supernatural is a no brainer. xD

But I think a close second would be Cas.

I LOVED Dean the most from the get-go.
I remember when I first saw the show xDD
I think it was one of the first few episodes of the first season. Me and my dad were flipping channels and he was like "OH! That's that new show!" and I was all "Well..let's..watch it."
Ever since. Been in love. With Dean.

One. His voice is to die for LOL
Two. He's pretty cute 8D
Three..COME ON. He's flipping amazing.


I mainly like Supernatural because I like the whole concept of demons/angels. I've always liked Sci-Fi stuff as Hunt said, and I just love Supernatural. I can go on for hours and can probably watch every. Single. Episode. Strait through.

Oh goodness let's see. I've been watching supernatural since the 2nd season.
And i can't believe that there was other people here on the sources that watch Supernatural!! <3 i thought i was the only freak on the sites that did XD

Thank you for making this topic!!!! I am literally one of the biggest fans of Supernatural!!
(i don't talk much about it in school though, you tend to get akward stares when your talking about way to kill something with salt-_-)

I love Supernatural because, well it's the only thing i watch on tv. And i just love stuff like this! There really is no other show like it. And my favorite ep. is Playthings I don't know why, i just love that episode! Or the 2nd ep (i can't remember what it is called) But haha, Deans afraid of planes!! . . . . ok, i am too, i like being on the ground, but because of that ep. I have a valid reason to be scared of planes!

But i have a qustion. Do you like the new writer of Supernatural?? I kinda don't. in my personal view, she completly scew up the plot line. =/

And im sad that Bobby and Cas died T^T next thing, before you know it. They're going to kill off Sammy. . . (lets hope they dont =X)

and another episode i like is the 'after school special' one.

I've loved Sam since the start of Season 1 mainly because I feel I can connect with him the best. I'm not the funny one in my family, I'm pretty much the love to read person. I'd rather spend time reading or doing something I like than going out and having parties all the time. I'm also extremely sensitive and more times than I can count have felt like the freak in my family. Like there was something wrong with me even though no one ever necessarily told me that. He also doesn't like fighting, or at least hates it when Dean tries to hide his emotions. I feel similar when I know someone I care about feels terrible or bad and they won't bother to talk about it. It gets to me, and I'd rather have peace than be forced to fight.
I had a lot of time on my hands during the summer. xD I was able to watch from the first episode of season 1 all the way to the last of season 6, and was able to catch up in record time for season 7 to start. In all honesty, I didn't know there was a new writer, but things have seemed a bit off lately. Cas isn't gone for good, even if he isn't a regular anymore. There's a lot of talk going around and several interviews that suggest he will make a comeback. And from the last ep of SPN, although I may be too hopeful, it doesn't look like Bobby's gonna quit that easy. Again, I could be wrong, but I have a feeling.

And the second episode is Wendigo. Do you mean that as one of your favs? Cause Phantom Traveler is the plane one.

And if new writers is what happened to seasons 6 and up, then I HATE THEM. And here's why (skip to second paragraph for more direct answer):

Hi. I'm Roi, and I'm obsessed with Supernatural. *waits for chorus of 'Hi, Roi's* I've been a fan since I was bored and at my friends house during my first year in collage. She (a Sam fan) introduced the show to me, and we started watching, and next thing I know we've been up all night watching about half of her DVDs of the first season. Rest of that year and the next I continued watching. At first a Dean fan. For he was funny, more fun, and the protective one. I always admired that in a character. But was never really in love with the character. I was more into the show itself, it's stories, it's suspense (and being a werewolf fan, to see what the lycanthropes looked like [HUGE disappointment by the way]). BUT THEN BEHOLD. Season four! >:3

In walked in the best character EVAH! Castiel. So much to love about him. His naiveness makes him so fanny and adorable. His character was fantastic all through season 4. I think I became obsessed with him as he walked through the door in Lazarus Rising. With every episode he was in, it just got better and better. *sigh* Then season 6 started... it was all goin' great, until we found out what he had been up to for 20 episodes. They just BUTCHERED his character. Then killed him off to top it off. Thankfully I think the fans got to them. For HE WILL RETURN. ...in episode SEVENTEEN!!! >.<

It was supposed to end after the apocalypse (with a total of five seasons), and in my opinion, many times I wish it had stayed that way. I have no idea where season seven is going. They keep killing off all of the help, and even if they DO bring Cas back, his character was mangled so bad in season six. I have NO idea how they will repair what he had done. Or how Dean can even look at him again.

...as far as fav episode(s)... All the ones with epic Cas moments. That's most season four, five, (surprisingly) some of six... ^^;

Yeah i meant the plane one, sorry ^^' I knew it was one of the very first eps but i couldn't remember exactly which one. So i took a stab in the dark and hit the wrong thing, please pardon my little mistake.

And i too think they should of just ended it at the end of season five. They could only stretch the main plot so far. And once the new writer took over. . . Supernatural kinda took a turn in the wrong direction =\ *shrug* with the season they're on right now, maybe the new writer hit 'writer's block.'
(i only say that because i got advice one time from a friend "If you ever have writer's block, kill a character. Then you'll have something to write about")

I can't say for sure if there's a chance for it at all until the next episode. Bobby not dying would certainly be a plus.
And if Bobby lives, then Cas coming back has to make it get better right? Hah, shouldn't keep my hopes up actually. 8(

Oh I know how that is. I used to kill off characters just to end stories for English assignments in High School.

John Winchester. Ellen Harvelle. Joanna Beth "Jo" Harvelle. Ash. Samuel Campbell. Rufus Turner. Pamela Barnes. ALL THE ANGELS. ...I'm sure there's more.

I loved Catiel....but after the season 6, my choice changed...Dean is a fabulous caracter!!

I dunno. Dean in season six reminds me of Dean in season two. Unstable from his pent up feelings of loosing someone close to him. First his father, and now a 'brother'.
And Cass's death hit him hard in more way than one. Besides being dead, he also kinda betrayed Dean. And wouldn't come to him when he needed the help.

So yea. Dean in season one and after he got through John's death was the best. Course that's just my opinion.

AND HOMG! Finally watched 'Time After Time', and was SO FREAKING HAPPY to see Jason Dohring in it!! I haven't seen him since 'Moonlight' and he's still FLAMAZING.

I finished to watch season 6 in french.... !!!!

Holy smoglies, I love this show!!!! Supernatural is my favorite tv show EVER. It has the best characters I've ever seen. They're so developed and their relationships are amazing.
I am a TOTAL Samgirl! Always have been, always will be!
I saw one episode in season 4 first. My friend showed me and I didn't understand a bit of it. It was the second one with Ana. I didn't know anybody AND it was a second parter. Then I watched the season 5 opening and decided to go ahead and rent season one. I watched part of the first one then had to quit for the night because of chores. Then I watched 5x04 The End and fell IN LOVE with the show. It completely won me over with that one episode (Thus why it'll always be one of my favorites). I went on a spree and was caught up in no time!
I actually loved season 6 and am loving season 7. I cried really hard when Bobby died though.... But who didn't right?

Ohh yes, I love Supernatural! Particularly because I love supernatural things. c: Having that in a TV show with great stories and fantastic characters makes this show awesome for me! ^^ My favorite character is Dean, though Sam follows very closely behind as 2nd. C:

Heh, as you all know I just recently got into it because my best friend made me xD He bought the first two season boxsets and we sat down to watch them, and after the first episode I was already in love. It's just so COOL.. I love all the ideas and effects (the monsters and spirits and shiz are SO SCARY) and I love the relationship between Sam and Dean and the drama and the feels and just ahh.. it's just such an amazing show. It's really cool how all the legends and myths are based on REAL legends and myths from all different countries and areas, it's definitely clear they did their research xD

The way they make you feel so much for the characters is just perfect. Most of the time you just find yourself saying things like "Poor Sam" "Aw.. poor Dean" over and over again xD Again, the relationship between the two is just perfect because they're such different characters. Their personalities tend to clash, but it makes it all the more interesting to watch. You want them to get along, you want them to stay together as they're supposed to, and it's so well done. The plots are awesome, the interactions and characters are awesome, the creatures/spirits/monsters/beasties are awesome, the relationships are awesome, the writing is awesome.. just everything. It's awesome.

Favourite character? Totally Dean. Oh my god, I love Dean. He is YUMM, and so funny and awesome.. just love his personality. And he's gorgeous. And yum. And hilarious. I love Sam too and I love his and Dean's relationship, but he annoys me a bit more xD But he's yum too.

BESIDES THAT I love Bobby. OH MY GOD Bobby is awesome. No one else loves Bobby? Really? Shocking, people. Shocking. Bobby kicks ***. OH and Jo too, I adore Jo. She is such a lovely character, again I just love her personality. When Sam was possessed and was tying her up (after PUNCHING MY DEANIE WEENIE IN THE FACE D<), I was FURIOUS and wanted Dean to shoot him. xD Then I found it was a demon and I was like "oh that's okay then". xD But yes, love Jo too. Definitely the best female character so far <3
