My character Tara needs some more boys in her life. She's one of the dogs that never stays with a guy and just keeps moving on to another. So she needs some more flings so please join! o3o

Rules

~You must fill out a complete bio with picture. You are allowed to use hand drawn drawings and renders but no line arts. Also please turn them in at the SAME time.
~Please no whining and complaining, it's really ignoring

~You can have any gender but I prefer a male
~No sparkle dogs
~Can't be Balto related
~Wolf dogs are expectable but I prefer dogs.

~You may make a one pup but she's not keeping it. And you don't have to if you don't want too.

~If your character wins he's not a mate but a fling and Tara will move on to different dogs.

Prizes

1st Place-- Gets to be Tara's mate for the longest and I'll make one pup designed by me for for the winner to keep. If the winner made a pup, the pup can be kept by the winner, only if he/she made one, and Tara's not keeping it. But she will love the pup more than other pups she has had. Also 1st place gets one request image or art or they can get a darwing other Tara and their character. (the winner can choose)

All others that win just get to be Tara's mate. Also will get a drawing of their character and Tara.

Personality: Alek very caring and work devoted male. He is incredibly protective over his family and friends, and all his worker 'pals, and is a social, friendly and generally calm dog. He was always calm as a pup, and likes to follow his sister Cora around to get to know the job better. He's very trustworthy and is more of a follower, but will take action if it is needed. He is a very good police dog, always strives to do his best, and tries not to get distracted when on duty. He's a bit of a flirt
History: Alek was born with his sister Cora in a breeding home in the outscerts of New York City. His mother and father were show dogs but they haven't won much. His mom was a police dog when she was young then she turned into a show dog because of her looks. Alek was in a litter of four, and was the third adopted off. Being depressed when Cora was adopted, he would lay around making him seem ill. Finally he was also adopted by a juinor police trainee, looking for a friend, and a guard. Though Alek seemed useless, James saw potential in the youngster. He took him to the station where Alek was reunited with his sister. Alek learned all he could about the team before he started training, at ten months old. He started out suprisingly well, with the help of two friends (Kaleb and Sam, two pups he met there), and was soon venturing out to do missions. When Alek was older, he was teamed with his sister, and they did lots of missions together, meeting many other dogs and animals. He still 'keeps his cool' at most everything, though he almost thought he was blind for a day, so he wasn't the most smartest canine on the team.
How they meet and feel about Tara: Alek met Tara on one night after a long investigation on a robbery/murder. He had walked around town for a while, then come into the boiler room to see a tan female sleeping soundly. He blinked, a bit confused, but shrugged it off as he moved closer to the heat. The furnace sparked, and one landed on Alek's tail, sending him into the air with a yelp. He accidently woke Tara.
"Oh ma'am Im sorry i didnt mean to wake 'ya" He stuttered, staring into her beautiful blue eyes. She smiled and stood. "It's alright." She said walking over to Alek. They talked for a while and soon were a couple.
Other: Im thinking about redesigning Alek, so he might not stay this way for long o3o

I know right. I don't know why either, :/ oh well.

Do give credit that most people (at least in the US) are back in school (myself included) and might have limited free time... I myself would have entered if the school year hadn't started, but I've only been able to log in twice all week and it's only for about half-an-hour each time.

Personality:
Declan can seem too full of himself a lot of the time, but he’s just a big sweetheart deep down. He’d never seek out to harm anyone intentionally, and isn’t really the fighter type, though he’ll fight if he has to. Because of this ‘loving’ personality, though, it tends to get him into a lot of trouble heart wise. He falls in love too easy, gets into a lot of flings whether on purpose or not, and overall breaks others’ and his own heart half of the time. Though he’s learned to make the most of things and be positive whenever he can.

A lot of the time, Declan seems to hide this. He’d rather hold all his sadness in and pretend to be happy than to let someone know how he’s feeling and allow them to help. Do not mistake him for entirely weak, though. He can be mean if he feels he needs to, and can put on quite a show to make it look like he’ll beat you to a pulp. In reality, he’d never do so, but if you threaten him enough, he’ll feel forced into it. When bothered enough, he can become seriously angry. But once again, he’d do anything he could to hide it.
History:
Declan was born in a breeder’s store to two parents who had fallen in love but weren’t allowed to. His parents were two different breeds, and so, the resulting litter wasn’t welcomed happily. The owner of the store kicked him out. Declan never truly knew what happened to his sister, but he could only hope that she was fine wherever she was.

He managed to take shelter in an alley not too far off from the breeder’s store, and barely was able to scrap around for food. Despite his hardships, he maintained an overall positive attitude. Or tried to… if anyone wanted to come help him, he’d shake his head and lie that he was okay. He didn’t want anyone to see he was hurt from being thrown away, or starving from lack of a proper and healthy diet, or lonely from the absence of any other creature around.

One night, he was searching around in a nearby dumpster in an attempt to find some food. He hadn’t eaten for days and his stomach was beginning to annoy him with its constant grumbling. He was approached suddenly by a dog he didn’t know. It was a massive Rottweiler. The huge dog offered to help him. He seemed to be strong, healthy, and a good friend to keep. And so, for once, Declan allowed the dog to help him.

The Rottweiler taught him how to survive the streets and keep healthy too, and told him that there was a truck that could lead him to a city where there’d be less people: a smaller chance of being caught by the pound. He took this chance, and while stepping up onto the truck minutes before it left, thanked the Rottweiler for all his help.

Though this was the only real interaction with another dog he had had in a very long time. So, when he landed in the new town, he began to fall in love with females a lot. He’d have occasional flings, but a lot of the time he’d only be fooling himself. This was almost like replacing the gap of friendship or interaction or love from a parent or sibling he had been missing when he was younger in the old city. It was a terrible habit that he began to develop.

He eventually found a place with the Cliffhangers Gang when the leader, Cliff, saw he was a good street survivor: skills all taught to him by the Rottweiler. He now subsides with the Cliffhangers, still having trouble in the love department…
How they meet and feel about Tara: He was hanging around without the Cliffhanger's gang, walking off on his own. He had been taking a break from them for a while because their last gig had gotten him into a bit of trouble. He wanted things to die down with the humans before he went and did something else stupid enough to get him locked in the pound or worse. While on this 'break', he stumbled into Tara. He loved her the instant he saw her and wanted to please her in any way shape or form. He worshiped everything she did and ended up hurting himself when he saw her leave. He was disappointed and sad, but he eventually hid these feelings from everyone else. Like he always ends up doing.
