Hello, Balto Source artists! Senka here to collect and compile blank templates into one giant list for easy navigation. I've seen a lot of blank template threads, but most of them are polluted with broken links since the official line art topic hasn't been updated since 2009. I will do my best to gather the non-broken links to line arts. Please remember to respect the original artist's rules on using their templates, line arts, and blank renders!
Remember, failure to abide by the rules of the artists will result in a report and deactivation! Claiming any of the images below as your own is the equivalent to stealing, which is not tolerated on Animation Source. Even if the artists don't explicitly say "do not claim as your own" it is implied with requirements of giving credit in the description or leaving their signatures on the images. Official rules will be quoted from the sections/forums where I found them and will provide a link to the original thread and/or Balto Source gallery. Remember to always read their rules on the links provided since the quoted areas are not necessarily verbatim or current. Please note that some of these threads are very old and will have broken links, and that the intention of this thread is to minimize broken links as much as possible. I only provided the links in the quotes to show that I had found these templates across Animation Source.
Should any artist want their templates removed from this list, don't hesitate to ask me to do so. I won't take offense, after all it is your artwork. I'm simply organizing a huge list. Conversely, if you want your blanks listed here, message me with your image rules and links so I may add them. Additionally, if you want to add/remove rules send me a message and I'll make the proper edits. If there are any double links or typos, please tell me so I may fix it.
All of these templates are of different quality. There are some paint and pixel friendly pieces, but there are also smooth lines too.
Also, I know we have an official line art topic, but need I remind you it's been over five years since it has been updated? Since then many of the links and artists listed in it have abandoned Animation Source or have deleted their line arts, rendering the topic aged and forgotten.
(August 22, 2015) Edit: Links are being shorted to extended character usage. Do not worry, these bitly links will send you directly to the animationsource/photobucket/deviantart pages where the images are hosted. When submitting links to me, if you could I would appreciate shortened links. I can do it on my own, but it will take longer to add them to this forum thread.
