Zira's Exile

"Zira! You must choose your loyalty! Do you follow Scar, or your King?" Simba roared at Zira. Zira held a small, newborn cub in her mouth, her other two children stood, terrified, behind her. She looked at the lionesses who circled her and her family. She glared at Simba. "You are a horrible king! Killing Scar! Scar should be king!" She roared in his face. Simba growled and stepped aside. "Then leave...and never come back." He growled. Zira stepped forward, slowly walking out of the Lion's den. Behind her, she heard the squeal of her daughter, Vitani. She whipped around and saw that one of the lionesses was holding the scruff of her child, her oldest son was held by another who stood beside her companion. "Put them down!" She roared with her newborn in her mouth still. "Zira, these children have done nothing, they belong here in the Pridelands." Simba growled. "Mommy! Mother!" Her son and daughter wailed. Zira looked at them, "My children who do you respect most? Simba, or your father, Scar?" "Scar!" They wailed at once. The lionesses released them and the two cubs ran towards their mother. They ran. Far from the Pridelands. Banished, forever.

Plot

Several long months after Zira's exile, she starts to hate Simba. Scar, Zira's old mate, had chosen Kovu to lead the Pridelands and become the next king after Scar's death. Vitani, the second and last child of Scar, has grown into an older cub but she has not become a lioness yet. She dreams about her real father, who's face never appears to show. She doubts her mother's loyalty to Scar because she realizes that Zira is wrong. Scar was a terrible lion who tried to kill his nephew and did kill his own brother. She doesn't want her brother, kovu, do grow up and hate Simba like Zira was teaching her. She decides to leave the Outlands, hoping to be accepted by Simba and the other lions and lionesses. Will Vitani be accepted into the pridelands, or will Zira kill them all?


Setting

This roleplay takes place in Africa, way back before humans lived there. The seasons will change as Vitani and her brother grow up. ( 4+ Years )

Rules

1. Please do not powerplay other characters, - moving them, talking for them, and killing them without their creators permission. If you do this, you could get kicked out of the roleplay.
2. Spelling is helpful. If you have a spell check on your computer, use it please. But if you don't, use an e-mail spell check. All E-mail engines have them.
3. I want this roleplay to become a Fanfiction whenever it is done. It is a recreation of The Lion King II, so please keep it realistic (or like they do it in the films) and try to keep on track.
4. You are allowed up to three characters. When you have four, the posting gets confusing to some roleplayers like myself. Please tell if your character will die in this roleplay at any time.
5. Only Advanced roleplayers can enter. That means you must type a paragraph or more. If you have writers block, please tell us by typing, WB, in bold at the end of your post.
6. If you need to know what has happened during the roleplay, please PM me or any of the other roleplayers. Also, type the word "Shetani" at the top of your Bio so I know that you read the rules.
7. No font colors because it is hard to post font colors on the fan fiction page.
8. No off - topic spam in the Roleplay. Such as, "Kovu, want to go skinny dipping?" Niata asked, as she walked up to him and grabbed his muzzle in her paws, keeping a firm grip, that is impossible and off - topic.

History: When Vitani was born, she was born in the Pridelands. She always admired Nala and her hunting skills. But Zira told her how Simba, Nala's mate, killed Scar, Vitani's so-called father. Simba found out about Zira's love for Scar and how she still wished for him to be king. He gave her a choice, to follow Simba, or Scar. She chose Scar and left to the Outlands, along with Vitani's brothers. Vitani had grown to believe Scar was her father, but her dreams tell her that Zira lied. She lived in the Termite mound for most of her life until she chose to leave with her newborn brother, Kovu.
Personality: Vitani has some characteristics from her mother. She has her spiteful attidtude and her swift hunting skills. But she has her unknown father's heart. She would rather fight for her family then her friends, even if Zira is the enemy, she never forgets that Zira is her mother. She hates the Outlands and she saved her brother form a dreadful fate of her mother's treachery. Her younger brother, Kovu, is all she has of true family after she left.
Physical Appearance: Vitani has elegant blonde/red fur and a patch of "hair" that hangs down her forehead and over her eyes like bangs. Her ears are shaped like Simba's and Zira's. She has the typical "Outsider" nose, pointed like Zira's. Her smile and shoulder's match Scar's. Her under fur is tan and she has a long tail with black at the tip. Her claws are long and so are her teeth. Her eyes are green-blue. When she is an adult, part of the "hair" becomes fur.

History: Kovan was born in another portion of Africa, his father was a blood thirsty leader of a pride of lions. After a day of training with Kovan, Kovan's father chose to break his son's leg. A few weeks later, Kovan's leg has gotten an infection so his father sliced his leg off. He ran away from home, hoping to find a better life without so much pain. He, with his remaining three legs, runs to the Pridelands, only to meet Vitani on her second birthday.
Personality: He's very cautious of hios family and friends, not wanting them to share his fate. He is a good hunter and he enjoys listening to the stories Simba and the other lionesses tell at night. He loves Vitani and his daughter, he would die for them.
Physical Appearance:Kovan has pointed ears like Adult Simba and a black mane like Kovu. He has long whiskers and teeth like Vitani. His pelt is golden and the tip of his tail is black. He has blue eyes and only three legs. His front left leg is missing and his paws are tan. He also has a "Pridelander" nose like the lions in the pridelands.

Personality: She is quite energetic and happy all the time. She loves her mother and father but pays no mind to her father's missing front leg. Any creature who jokes about him, she's ready to attack. She isn't spoiled like most only childs and she likes to play with Kovu and Kiara's cub.
Physical Appearance: She has light tan fur and dark circles around her eyes like her mothers. Her tail tip is dark grey like her father's and she has Vitani's father's ears. She has light blue eyes and an "Outsider" nose.

History: She was born in the Pridelands, her mother Sarafina and an unknown father. Nala's brother Mheetu was killed by Scar when he was only a young cub in Scars regein. When Nala was cub her best friend Simba was claimed 'dead' when Mufasa died and Scar became king. She lived a depressing life then but as an adult she trekked out in search of food but instead found her life-long friend, Simba. Soon Simba returned and killed Scar and and Simba became king with his mate... Nala.

Physical Appearance: Nala is a beautiful lioness with light golden fur and a creamy tan underbelly her eyes are bright green. Her tail-tip is brown and she has Scar's ears.

Physical Appearance: Black fur with gray paw pads, white stomach, muzzle, and ear fur. Red hair on the top of his head, middle of his leags, and his tail. Pale grey right eye and bright green left eye. Has a scratch on his nose from trying to fight with simba's daughter. Yellow moon patch of fur between his eyes, and on his neck (Sort of looks like a necklace), a bright green circle right below his tail hair.
