JC, would a name like Aput be good for "Frost"? Or Iluq(it actually means frost!) They both are Eskimo/Inuit type names... an the last few are Northern names...
Or any of these, they all have to do with snow/white, or strong, etc.: Kakortok Mequssuk(shaggy dog) Massak Mauja Nukilik Pamiiruq (one who wags his tail) Pamiiyok (curled tail) Pukak Qaniit Qannik Qimmiq Qimugkauyar Qimugta Qimukti (this and the 4 before it have to do with dog. This one is puller) Cikuq (ice) Flocon – means snowflakes in Russian Isa (pronounced as: EE-SA) The word 'isa' means 'iced' in some dialects of Norwegian Zema – means winter in Russian
or more Americanilized names? Like these?: Cloud Ice Glacier Bear(as in Polar Bear? Since he is supposed to be a fairly large husky, and a white one at that?) Jack Frost
Yes, I did use Google... But I only got the most fitting names...

Wolfox...I appreciate the work you're putting into this, but we're not talking approaching this like members here normally do fan characters. This is different, and has to stick closer to historical precedent. A European-style name is better suited to the character. Especially western European or northern European or Russian (but not overly-complex Russian).

Plus the name shouldn't be the most interesting thing about him. It's just asking for a "meh" character. Have you forgotten that these are supposed to be characters to be written about? How would you feel if you had to type out Qimugkauyar every time he had something to do or say?

All right. I just wanted to try and help a bit... but you're both right! I would hate typing out that name so much!

Don't be disappointed or intimidated by all of this. We'll figure something out yet... ...I'll think on it too. I've just been really, really busy.
