Actually, you can also do this in Windows 7 and 8 versions of MS Paint. I just tested it. The only thing that's different is that you have to find Invert Colours by selecting all and then right clicking.

I have tried to do this with the version I have...but can't seem to get it right. When ever I change it to black and white all the lines I had traced go white and the background and inside is black, it is doing the opposite of what I want xD Can anyone help?
