For starters it must obey the general article rules:
1. It has to be Balto related. An article all Balto fans will appreciate.
2. No questions must appear in the article (apart from the rhetorical ones), since it's supposed to give information
not ask for it.
3. No reviews of the movie.
4. It must have good spelling and a reasonable length (at least of 30 lines). Good spelling implies not using SMS when writing.
5. Also it must obey the general site rules.
6. No bloopers. Especially unfunny ones. There are designated topics on the forums for that.

Now here are some tips to make your article good.

#1. Introduction

In here you can specify the reason you're making the article. The premise from which you're starting and a short list
of the information it will contain.

#2 The content

Start by developing each and every idea that you might (or might have not) posted in the introduction. Make sure that
each idea is expressed in an intelligible way. Do not repeat yourself. Repeating the same thing over and over will
make the whole thing annoying and also make you look less cool and less intelligent.
Make sure you check your spelling. No one likes to read something that has many grammar mistakes. (See the annoyance
part above).
No rush when typing (if you haven't done it previously in Word or Notepad) because some mistakes can appear then. Don't
forget that no one's rushing you so take your time. You'll see that it will be worth it in the end.
Add pictures to sustain your ideas. Careful with their size; shrink them so that they will fit, but not as much as
that in the end only a microscope will help.
No one wants to read miles of nonsense so stay focused on topic.

#3 Conclusion

Sum up all the ideas. Add something relevant that will only make sense in this section.
If you've used any sites to help with your ideas, post them here.

Easy? Hard? You be the judge. But if you use these tips your article will, without any doubt, be accepted. Good luck
and happy typing!

P.S. Here are some good articles I've found to give you a general idea:
