Kaizer, I think you may be overestimating the negative reaction to you and your behavior of the recent past. I understand and respect your desire to get in on the apology bandwagon, and that is commendable. This effort by SOME people to try and move in the right direction is a good thing. But I don't know that you need to worry about people hating on you.

I hope you realize that I made no conscious effort to compel you to "choose sides" under threat. And I certainly went out to threaten no one. That I know with absolute certainty I did not do. But if I, or anyone who aligned themselves with my point of view in this ("took sides" if you prefer), unintentionally gave you the impression that we wanted or expected you to "side" with us, then I am sorry. I cannot speak for Togo and his compatriots, and wouldn't care to even if I could.

We should probably leave this topic alone now. All of us. It seems to have quieted down. Togo has moved on (even though he is STILL on the admin list for the forum, strangely ), and so have a few of his closest compatriots. So be it. And Animation Source continues still, without a dire disruption of the regular routine...except that -- MAYBE -- members are a little more cognizant now of the need to remain vigilant.

Beyond that, I think we're good. And this topic should now start to drop down the visible board list and off the page.

Honestly, JC isn't exactly to blame for everything. Togo leaving was his own choice. He didn't have to. He wanted to. And just because someone has strong opinions and thoughts and chooses to speak them when they feel they need to, it's suddenly looked down upon? I just don't get it. Other people speak their minds too, just not as strongly.

The only difference is the effort and thoughts behind the posts. If you care really strongly about something, you'll be willing to go to the ends of the earth to prove your point. And most people on the site who are involved in arguments or rants are ignorant. They just decide to take his opinions as a fight and turn it into an all out flame war. It doesn't make ANY sense. It's an opinion, supported with real facts. It's not the start to a fight. If it was, you wouldn't have to be the person to turn it into one.

Yes, continuing on with it can be annoying to some, but again, when you have a strong opinion, or care deeply about something, I'm almost positive you would be willing to drill a hole through someone's head to make your side understood.

I know I'm like that with certain subjects. Such as the aerial hunting in Alaska and others.
And I know other people are like that with certain subjects as well.
So what if he's like that with most subjects? Or he just has well written points and no one wants to admit their side seems weak without the facts. That doesn't give him the fault and it does not, in ANY way whatsoever, give people the right to blame him for every flame war ever started.

Wow this thing is still going on, out of topic somewhat but isn't it best to just drop it? Whats done is done theres nothing anyone can do, we can't change the past but we can learn from itand try to prevent this from happening again so there wont be a next time, both screwed up badly its done and over with don't you agree?
