I thought it would be helpful for new members to have a place to find all the topics dotted around that are helpful when getting started around here.
Most important link is of course the rules, don't worry, there isn't miles of long paragraphs to read and they're easy to remember. Best not to set off on the wrong foot and get in trouble no?
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=832Now most new members have plenty of questions, whether they're about the site or the movies etc. if you do have any, this is the place to ask them!
http://baltosource.timduru.org/en/questions/Another very useful topic for new members is the SMS topic, it explains what it is and why it's not allowed.
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=14390Next is how to make a poll, it's simple but can be confusing for newer members.
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2506Next up is how to make a picture your signature, this is a step-by-step guide and is really helpful!
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2131Also remember that signature's can't be bigger than 600 pixels wide by 200 pixels high, including any text etc. but you can easily use iaza.com to resize your images >
http://www.iaza.comNow is how to add an avatar on the main site, another easy to follow walkthrough.
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20684Next is how to send Fan Art on the site, it's the most popular and all the send systems are similar so once you've mastered one the others will be easy.
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=378To accompany that one there is this topic on what is allowed in fan art galleries.
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1727I think that's covered most of them for now but I might have missed one or two so let me know if I have or if you think of one you think should be here and PM me. ;]
