Vitani watched as Kiara and Kovu were presented as the new king and queen of Pride Rock.They were looking loving at eachother and Vitani was looking at them,a tear coming down her muzzle,wishing she could be loved by someone.Later that day,Simba and Nala were thinking about letting two other male lions into the pride.Vitani recognized one of the lions,but she couldn't think of his name or who he was,but she knew him from somewhere.Nala looked at the lions with her green eyes and suddenly ran down Pride Rock and snuggled against the lion thet Vitani recognized.Simba ran down after her,thinking she would get hurt."Nala!What do you think you're doing?!""Simba.this is my father!"The lion Nala wastalking about was a dark brown with green eyes.He was an old lion,but was still able to run for a long period of time."Y-Y-Your father?"Simba stuttered,in shock that this lion was his father-in-law."Yes,can you believe it,after all these years?"The other lion was sitting next to Nala's father waiting patiently for a chance to speak.Vitani was staring at the younger lion with a loving look in her eyes.The lion looked over and noticed Vitani siiting on a rock a few feet away."So what sre your names?"Simba asked still in shock about the older lion being Nala's father.

Poor Vitani, she's so lonely. If I were there, I'd lick the tear coming down her muzzle and cuddle up close to her.
