I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if this is just a way to promote the news letter if you're not subscribed, but no matter how many times I click "no", it will pop back up later on. I'm not really interested in receiving a news letter from the site, so it would be nice if this didn't pop up constantly.

That's a bug, since the rework of the newsletters, it didn't record when pressing "No".
I've changed that, however it will ask again (in case you'd change your mind), but only once every 3 months.
