Do you think that Duke should win and Balto lost the race? What do you think might happen?

Well, if Duke were to win, then that means there would have to be more to the story. Otherwise that would be a very pointless movie. And really, I don't see how that would have worked out very well. The whole movie would have to be taken back to the script to be re-written. You can't just change one thing, it will throw the whole story off. It would also defeat the purpose of a Balto movie if neither Balto or Kodi came out on top.

Even if it were to be changed around, I still find it pointless. Long story short. Team takes revenge on Duke, Duke gives up, dogs win. Bad story.

I never said it was pointless. I said that having Duke win would be, not the topic itself. Even I think this is sort of a dumb topic, it could still start a discussion.

Duke wins > Mail men lose their jobs. > Mail men have to sell teams to support themselves. >Kodi's team gets sold >Kodi loses faith in his dad. And he's probably lose some respect from other dogs too xD

Hey man, I was just wondering what other people has to say. Still, I'm an amateur on making new topics, so I don't have any experience to set a good topic.
Plus, I didn't want to bring up a topic that was brought up before.

Bact to topic, that would never happen in movie. If Duke would win it means Kodi and the team loose their job = not happy ending.

Maybe it would've taught Kodi to not to be so job-centered LOL Then he'd have options.

That's pretty much the "alternate story" of the movie wrapped up in a nutshell! XD

Let's face it, no child would have wanted to see that happen. (because a lot of them are brainwashed into thinking the happiest outcome will always come out on top. LOL!) Heck if Balto 3 did go this way, it probably would have ended up a bigger flop than it really was! Having it the way it is was obviously the best way to make it "kid happy" so to say and prevent it from being an even bigger failure.
