Since I contribute to the French sources by posting my fanarts on both the websites and the forums, I'm not sure I'm allowed to do the same thing on the English-speaking sources.

I'm going to post my Balto-related fanarts on this thread and I am mostly going to do it by sharing my DeviantArt links because I work on very big files (often shrinked down a bit, but still too big to look good on this page).

Note: I consider myself a beginner artist and use tons of reference, but do not trace (used to when I wanted to learn how to make linearts and still can't do clean linearts  ). Most of my pictures will look like a photograph or screenshot you've seen because I want to improve my techniques before doing anything more creative (the opposite of what I used to do when I was younger).

I am 25, but also had stopped drawing during 5 years and have trouble with: shapes, foreshortening, perspective, shading and am uncoordinated which can make drawing hard. I am looking for honest and constructive critiques if you ever feel like giving me advice and opinion.

I know my art is not perfect and lacking in several areas, I know as well I've improved a lot lately so I'm not too ashamed of showing you my various attempts at making something decent.

So, my first and only fanart of Balto for now is a puppy-version of Jenna, semi-realistic with a crappy background: click here.

I hope to make better Balto fanarts in the future. :-)

Why wouldn't you be allowed to post here on the english side? Feel free to! Other members have, so no worries. 83 Not sure how much attention your art may get here on the forums is all. The site is more active.

As for the actual fanart it's really nice! I like how you did the lighting on the fur, and how it's more realistic in style.

Thanks.

I'm afraid I might be called out for "stolen artwork" if I use this account rather than the French one. I mean, I did write in my profile who I was, but I don't expect everyone to read it.

The irony if this ever happens being that I don't really mind stolen fanarts.
