I'm not disagree with your decision to leave this topic open, but I see you locked the other topic that's no different than this one. Why wasn't this one locked?
I suspect that this user may actually be a troll, as they first thing they ever posted was "POOP" on a topic the other day. They've also posted a poll on the Despicable Me Source forums that's mostly just a long line of emotes.

The first Balto. Duh! The 2nd one sucks and the 3rd is good. But no where near as good as the 1st.

I, personally adore all three Balto films. But I have to say, out of all of the Balto movies, the first is and always will be the best out of the three films to me. It has great animation, a wonderful soundtrack, pretty backgrounds, and lovable characters. Something I feel the sequels couldn't quite live up to. As far as the sequels go, I enjoy Balto ll more. Balto lll is my least favorite out of the three movies, but I don't hate it like I used to. It's just my least favorite film.
