Yep,you read the topic right!WOLVES!In SC!!...ok i might aswell tell you how i found this out,ok so my mom does a paper route early in the mornings it starts at 3:00 and ends around 6:00.My mom was driving down a road where we usually see deer, but my mom caught a glimpse of movement while she was driving.
she was thinking its probablly a deer, then all of the sudden the thing began to run and my mom could see it,it was a medium sized gray wolf with two pointy-edged ears and a long snout. My mom told me it was like watching wolves on TV,when they all run in packs.
then my mom came home and told me about the wolf sighting she had.I was in utter disbelief,i have never heard of wolves in SC!Accept for endangered species!this is amamzing!id apperciate comments on what you think of the story and what type of wolf it could've been.
We live in a place where wolves dont inhabit we dont live in Michigan,New York,or Canda we live in the eastern united states.thats what makes it amazing!!

i have seen coyotes dead hanging over barbed wired fences and that made me mad that farmers are killing animals even though they might not have harmed anyone thats not nice at all.

You should try howling...howl at dusk or dawn in a clear place so the sound will travel better and you'll get a good perspective of where the wolves are although I would'nt recommend going looking for wild wolves, tis very dangerous and should never be done without a gun or experienced guide that carries a gun.

Unlikely. I know for a fact that they live in Egypt (How else could the ancient Egyptians gotten the Jackal-headed god Anubis?) and other places around the Nile. They were associated with Death by the ancient Egyptians because they were usually seen around places where dead things were buried.

I dunno if these were coyotes or not, but they were pretty big for it to be coyotes, but I think I may have seen some wolves here in South Carolina, 3 hours away from Myrtle Beach, about 2013-2014. They looked like Endangered Red wolves to me. About three of them running together in my woods. I saw them a few years back. I was about 12-13,I'm 15 now, and I was outside playing. I was standing at the edge of my woods, when I saw them run by. Now, like I said I'm not sure whether or not they were wolves since I couldn't see them clearly. but I just remember seeing them run by and seeing red fur. They looked heavy coated as well, as well as having pointed ears. Maybe my eyes deceived me, but who knows! (May add that i think i may have seen one of their tails curled like a husky? ) I'm hoping it was wolves. I felt so excited after that and actually went into the woods to see if I could see anything that I saw, but, I didn't end up far due to the underbrush/thorns and such. Maybe I just saw red coated husky's but I didn't see them again passing through. So I would have no clue. Here's sort of just an image of what I might of seen. (Not an exact image of course, but you get the idea.)
