Super Rhino, directed by Nathan Greno, is a four minute animated short that shipped with the every copy of the film in 2009. The short itself, which is a dream sequence Rhino is having, starts out with Penny and Bolt (who were kidnapped by Dr. Calco) being held over a pool of lava. Since Penny's father is unable to come to their rescue, he alters Rhino and sends him on his way. After a short fight sequence, Dr. Calico is defeated, and Penny and Bolt are safe. To celebrate his victory, Rhino makes his way down to a stage where he begins to sing quite badly. But all of that ends quickly when Mittens wakes him up, as he was singing in his sleep.
