Personality: She's a lot like her father Tug warm-hearted, friendly, and very kind. At times she can seem very childish, though she tries to act mature. She's very playful and adventurous, always happy to explore new places and try new things. However, she's more of a tomboy than a lady, always up for a romp in the mud. At times, she can be a bit of a downer, and holds grudges sort of easily, but quickly forgives them. She just loves making new friends, and is always searching for more. Very upbeat and out-going, she's the kind of cub that runs up to complete strangers and makes friends with them instantly. But, if she sees a female bear and her cub or cubs, she becomes very depressed, reminding her that she doesn't have a mother.

Home: The Salmon Run

History: Dusk was born a few months after Tug and her mother came together, but, unfortunately, her mother died during childbirth. They did find a female bear however named Honnah, who had just lost her cubs in a flood. She gladly took in Dusk, and lived with Tug while she nursed and raised Dusk, named likewise for her strange pelt. As she grew, she noticed that Honnah seemed to have a thing for Tug, though her father was oblivious to this fact. She always thought of Honnah as her mother, but she didn't learn the truth until her father finally told her. She was horrified that Honnah wasn't actually her mother, and for a few days wouldn't even speak or eat. But, Honnah brought her out of it, and managed to teach her that Honnah was just as good a mother as her real one would've been.

During her first Salmon Run, she met Koda and his mother. Though his mother seemed a bit scary, she was actually friendly once you got to know her. She and Koda would spend hours running around and playing, and always seemed to be talking. After the Salmon Run ended, she didn't see Koda for a while, and thought she did something wrong. But, Tug assured her that she would see Koda again at the next Salmon Run. When that time came, Koda had a new friend with him named Kenai. She grew very curious of the strange way he acted, but accepted him non-the-less. When she heard of Koda's story, she immediatly wanted to know more about what happened, but never got the chance.

Later, Koda and Kenai came back and explained the entire story about Kenai turning into a bear, and what happened to Koda's mother. She was horrified at what happened, and even more so when Koda said he forgave Kenai. She thought it was very odd of him, but now she didn't mind having her best friend back and another one as well. Later on, she met Nita, Kenai's new mate, whom she grew fond of quickly.
