101 Dalmations Relation:She's one of Labrador's pups and is best friends with Lucky's sons Bandit and Chase.Bandit and Chase are drawing her into the street life,she hangs with them all the time not knowing any better.

Backstory:Not only was she the runt of her litter but she was also the most different with her piebald coat color and two different colored eyes.Some of her siblings would tease her but their parents always scolded them.Penelope is a mommy's girl so she is often clinging to her mother's side or hiding behind her.Penelope would get made fun of and laughed at everytime she tried to make a friend.She still clings to her mother's side and she hopes that she can find her place in the world and make some friends.She does have a couple friends,Chase and Bandit are their names.They're Lucky's pups,they're mother was a stray until she was adopted by Lucky's next door neighbors.Chase and Bandit ran away from home to seek out the street life and they dragged Penelope with them.Penelope being easily manipulated,did'nt realize the pups were a bad influence on her,afterall they did accept her and treat her decently,why wouldn't she follow them around.
