While we haven't received a ton of feedback on the site name, I went ahead and changed the banner title to Despicable Me Source. The change isn't permanent, I just want to see what everyone else thinks. I'll change it back after a week or so if people don't like the name change.
Remember, Steet cannot change the URL of a site after it has been opened, so we will either have to accept Minions Source or deal with a URL that says Minions. We could always ask Steet about opening a new site and migrate the content over, but that's a unlikely resort, and not something me, JC and Legolas would want to deal with.

I think that, right now, it should be switched back. Until Minions
leaves the theaters at least. Or maybe until the DVD/Blu-Ray release
later this year. Meanwhile, you and I (and Legolas if she's up for
it) can talk with steet and discuss options with him for the bigger
question of maybe changing the source avatar on the Animation Source
list, the banner and then, if he can, the site URL. I know he
mentioned that he can't, but let's talk about the situation with him,
and about what others have said, and see what he comes up with. |
