Personality:
a happy go lucky girl who is rarely seen without a smile on her face, despite many situations, she's always able to keep smiling and lightening the mood of who's around her; she's often with her head on the clouds but is a hard worker whi always gives her best, even if her best is not appreciated; she's a really friendly girl and wishes to build a family like the one she never had.

History:
born from a pair of purebreed farm dogs, the birth of Grace and her siblings was unwanted, her parents' owners were about to bring the male to the vet to be neutered but he was able to escape to the place where he was kept and mated with her mother, who ended up pregnant. Grace doesn't remember her parents or siblings because she was sold too young but she had always missed this lack of family and her new home was not what she wished. Her new owner lived in a farm close to Amos Slade and Widow Tweed's and raises sheeps but his three female mutts that served him as shepers were getting old and he needed something young and good. Grace was sadly bullied by the threeolder dogs and she grew up in a rather unpleasant endeviour but, before she could reach the age of 1, she was left to do her sheperd job all by herself, becasue the three mutts died, unbelievably, around the same days: one of old age and the other two ate poisoned treats. Her owner wasn't satisfied of working on sheeps only and so, at some country fiers, he bought some hounds whom he trained to become his hunting dogs. Grace was scared of them and they luckily were always caged on a small fenced field or chained inside the barn. Inside the barn, however, they weren't the only ones, as Grace noticed, because her owner began capturing snimals such as foxes and birds to use as living baits to train the dogs. Grace, as much as she wanted to help, knew how dangrous the hunting dogs were and so, she had to keep the distances.

One day, his master called a neighborhood hunter, Amos Slade who brought his dog, Copper. Grace's owner wanted help to catch the animals that had escaped from the barn. For Copper it was love at first sight but Grace loathed him because he was a hound, she had too many bad experiences with the hounds that lived with her and so, she connected that eveery hound was a brutal killing machine with no heart like them. Copper visited Grace's farm many times with Amos Slade and, one day, her master showed him the sheeps and how Grace worked with them. She did nothing wrong yet she got beaten up for letting a little lamb wandering off. Amos got really mad with him for treating the dog in such a horrible way and Grace's owner, still furious, gave her up to the other hunter, who gladly brought her home. Amos gave Grace to Widow Tweed for company and the two loved spending time together. Grace also learnt of how not all hounds are assassins and, slowly, she began feeling the same for Copper. In the end, Grace was able to get the family she had always wished for.

Relation to TFATH:
mate of Copper, her owner lives near Amos Slade and Widow Tweed's farms and he also captured until she escaped Vixey and the Porcupine; she later on becomes Widow Tweed's dog.
