First of all, Toy Story 3 was released on Tuesday on DVD and Blu-Ray. It is also available on iTunes, where on its first day of sales, it became the best-selling movie ever offered on the service. Reports of its first-day sales are not available yet, but Disney is confident that the movie will sell as well on DVD as it did in its theatrical run.

Next up, it looks like Who Framed Roger Rabbit is getting a sequel. The original movie was released in 1988, combining live-action as well as traditional animation. It received six Academy Awards, and is often deemed as the film that revived adult interest in animation--leading to the financial and critical success of such films as The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast.

In addition, Pixar has officially released the teaser trailer for Cars 2, their next movie. It releases in the US on June 24, 2011. After this film, Pixar will release Brave in Summer 2012.

Some people don't read my news, do they? Cause I already talked about the sequel to Roger Rabbit (and I think more than once)

I don't know if I'll see the new Roger Rabbit film, but it was spectacular and I'm sure my mum would love to see it with me!
As for Cars 2 - secret agents? Come on! They're flamin' cars! Clue is in the name!
But despite that plot hole, it could be fantastic. I've never seen Cars, so I have no idea what the sequel will be like. What it lacks in the story could well be made up with humor and imagination, but it's still a definate no for me...
I think there will be a three box set of Toy Story released soon, as I have [somehow] never owned any of the films, so i'd love to get all three of them on DVD/Blue-Ray for Christmas!

I'm not a wolf. Kthxbai.
Please for the love of god tell me that Cars 2 is a joke. Those 32 seconds make it look like they competely ruined the movie. Mater & Lightning secret agents? No... Just no. >.>
