I'm sorry that this question hasn't been answered for such a long time! I've got the answer.
Firsty, view this Sample game by me: / [...] ew_fangbook/Sample/165880.html
This is what hopefully your going to have by the end of this comment.
Firsty lets start on your first page.(The page you start with at the start of the game) If you have already wrote your text for this page, we will move on by clicking 'Modify this page'. Now click 'Add an action'. By 'Text of the action' it means, what will it say to move to the next page? For example, in the sample game, it says:'Go to the north.' When you play the game, this is highlighted in blue to say that you click it to move on to the next page.
Next, it says 'Linked page'. This means, what page do you go to when you click your 'text of action'? For example, in the sample game, the 'Linked page' is called 'You go North...'. this page hasn't just automatically apperared! I had to make that page too, just like I hade to make the first page.

Finally you click 'Add the action' and the gamebook will look just like the sample game. Just make sure to add more actions instead of one, to make your gamebook more fun!
