'You don't have permission to do this!'

Question :

Halt fan (aniu4life)
Whenever i try to delete a comment of mine a message comes up

'You don't have permission to do this!'

So i left the source for awhile, tried again and the same thing. So i tried to edit a comment and the same message came up so i tried to edit and delete comments on other sites and the same thing keeps happening -.-

What's the deal with this??
